I was very impressed with helpfull and positive the staf is, the intire staff make you feel welcome and like they have known you forever. I will let everyone I know that tavel to the area to stay at your hotel.

I arrived just after midnight this past week, and my reservations my company placed were incorrect. I was a day early. The Westin Front Desk, confidently assured me not to worry and that everything would be taken care of. I received a great room and enjoyed my stay. The next morning, the staff was happy to see me, even though it was a day earlier than planned.

I had a recent stay at the Westin, Tyson's. I had an early flight to get to Dallas for a meeting on Wednesday morning. I went to use the shower and there was no hot water available.

Our stay at The Westin was very nice! The staff are wonderful! We had a bit of an issue with the hot water, the front desk staff offered to change our room and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine with dessert to our room!! Our reservations included the free breakfast buffet, this was very good, lots of choices! The Westin even accommodated our dog with a plush doggy bed! We are already talking about going back there for our next trip to DC!!

The staff made this stay special. I was traveling alone with my 2-year old daughter and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. This included the bellhops, restaurant staff, front desk staff, maintenance, etc.
