I had several issues upon my arrival at the Westin. When I arrived at the hotel, my room was less than accommodating. From the air-conditioning unit not working properly, to the Internet pretty much non-existent in my room, this was not looking good, to stay the least. However, with each issue the staff went above and beyond their station to make sure my issues were addressed. One person that stood out was REGINA!! She was extremely patient with every request and even followed up with me the next morning to make sure my needs were met and the room was to my satisfaction. REGINA is the reason I will consider staying at this Hotel again when I come in town for business. Your entire staff, however, are to be commended. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!

Recent renovations have made the hotel appear nicer - but the staff lacks on execution. They recently changed to Valet parking and a pay lot. No more free parking. The valet "service" is atrocious. No one is waiting to park the car. They lost my keys for 20 minutes and it was an overall hassle to deal with. The rooms are still wornout and the breakfast was terrible and ungodly expensive. Without the free platinum breakfast the very basic buffet is $30 per person. There is little to like about this hotel except for the location. I travel weekly and this is the worst experience I've had this year. Not coming back here again.

Terrible from start to finish. Had trouble booking, called ahead only to be told it would be taken care of once I arrived. Terrible when I arrived - the front desk folks were not attentive, the gentlemen at the front door had poor time management, the gym is the smallest Westin gym I have every stayed in, the wifi was spotty. Terrible upon checking out - did not fix my earlier issues with bill, internet fee issues.
I probably have between 80-100 nights in westins over the last 18 months. This is easily the worst one I have ever stayed in during that time. This includes locations outside the U.S. as well.

Love the renovation , very profesional team from shuttle drivers, front office team to restaurant servers. Will be back.

The paid stay didn't post correctly. Spent over three hours on the phone with all kinds of agents. Problem still unsolved. Plain ridiculous.

I arrived Monday pm to find there was no shampoo in my room. Went down to front desk who graciously ask how many I needed. When returned to my room Tuesday pm my room the bed was made up new amenities. Fantastic. After a day of meetings on Wednesday came back to my room to find bed not made, dirty towels still on the floor in the bathroom, no new cups or glasses. Down to the front desk I went to at least have minimal room clean up. Upon returning from dinner new towels there but dirty ones still remained, coffee and tea bar not stocked, dirty glasses still there, you get the picture. Down to front desk again and just asked for a hot cup and lid. Front desk was great room clean up terrible. For the price I should at least get basic service.

I had my best SPG stay in Westin Tysons Corner. The great experience started by getting contacted by Estela, that she asked for my expectations and demand from room and other perspectives. Upon arrival, I found cake and fruit prepared in my room, and she also surprised me by writing a personal card welcoming my stay. Moreover, Stepan followed up to confirm my experience an excellent one. Stepan also solved my payment issue in a timely manner, which makes me very happy. Staff and room are awesome, I am very satisfied and will definitely choose it when I'm in DC area.
