Please know that the room we were assigned had the clock not lit, a bathroom light burned out, the task deck lamp unplugged (the plug resting on the base of the lamp) and the guest robe hanging behind the door was soiled. I was so excited to have something to wear after my 11:00 PM shower since our luggage was not available for the night. When I went to put it on I noticed a makeup ring around the collar and the heavy scent of a woman's perfume.
Also our late night room service order arrived with it being cold. But, after traveling for over 24 hours from Europe anything was good.
The shuttle service is anything but convenient. A huge group of guests waited for the shuttle from the airport, personally over 25 minutes. When the shuttle arrived, it was a mad rush to board and over 20 guests were left to wait. Leaving at 5 AM the next morning, the shuttle was full after 4 guests from the Westin boarded. I was sitting in the front behind the driver and mentioned an odor similar to a skunk. He said that there's some kind of leak and he's been smelling it for awhile. Why wasn't this attended to immediately?

Great service at the front desk/restaurant. Recognition/reward for SPG status (upgraded reward to a nice suite with a balcony. Staff rememberd me/my preferences. Amazing breakfast/dinner.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully designed hotel. The room is clean and spacious with the amazing "heavenly beds". Will definitely stay at another Westin again.

The hotel and restaurant staff were RUDE bottom line- I would never recommend this hotel unless you want a headache because they couldn't get anything right.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and informed. Each individual responded quickly to requests, which was very helpful when time was limited.

Good weekend rates, courteous staff. Free parking. Dining room comfortable and reasonably priced. Only objection was daily fee for internet service.

Check-in was fast and accurate. Room was a little dark in a couple of spots but otherwise very clean and easy to use and work in. Staff was very professional and pleasant.

The location was terrific with a relaxed feeling and although we were not able to enjoy the Restaurant it was highly suggested by locals we visited. No hassle stay.

I expected a better supply and variety of Toileteies, mouth wash, cotton swaps, I had to ask for lotion and toilet tissue. The bed was just average and the linens so so.

I have been staying at this hotel on a weekly basis for the past 6 months and I always receive a warm welcome each time I arrive. Mike and Mark are exceptional!

There are two Westins near Dulles and the Reston Heights staff does not do a good job of making sure guests know which one to look for. Take a taxi!

The hotel has great facilities, but was somewhat disappointed during this stay with the level of service provided in comparison to past years. Though I have stayed at the hotel in previous years, I was surprised that I was not welcomed back as a SPG member or offered assistance with luggage. However, complimentary water was provided in- room as a SPG member and that was greatly appreciated. Stayed in a suite with my spouse, but only one robe provided (had to request an additional one). Champagne provided with package, but non-chilled bottle and glasses were delivered to the room w/out being set up by staff person for chilling. In fairness, the restaurant manager was helpful in responding to questions about the dinner menu ( though somewhat surprised with the cost of coffee at breakfast the next morning which was included with my package). Though these are relatively small service issues, I was pleased that the hotel manager was very interested in hearing them upon departure. Again I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions and really enjoy all it has to offer - great rooms, location and restaurant. Perhaps service was a bit lax due to the approaching holiday.
