My first stay at this Westin in the Reston, VA area and I was amazed at the level of customer service at this hotel..The entire staff, especially Nasim, went out of her way to resolve receipt issues and stayed on the phone with me to make sure things were done as I had requested.
The food is top notch and this is the perfect place to have your clients stay and hold your meeting and reception.
The beds are very comfortable, the arrangements, etc are excellent. Will always stay at this hotel when I am in the Reston area.

Me and my husband really enjoy taking time out at the Westin Reston, the hotel is aways clean and the room is comfortable and food is goos. But we have encountered the same problem everytime we went there - 3-4 times. Our last stay was this passed weekend and, one, staff never knows what is included in our package until we mention we nave a package when checking in; and, two, the key to use the elevator stops working the next day everytime, even though we had hours till our check out time. It is going from an inconvinient to something really annoying to have to deal with eveytime we go there, this last time we chose not to go downstairs to get a new key - we usually have to get a new one to be able to tale the elevator up and, sometimes, to even re-enter our room. I'd have to seriously think about going back there next time or not, we moved and are not so close to it anymore, we still go back to that location because we always liked so much, but I'm having second thoughts about it qnd maybe next time we'll decide to go to another branch of Westin hotels.

on 2 nights the room was not cleaned. When I contacted the staff their response was nonchalant and the did not care. Will not stay here again.

My family stayed here because we wanted to see D.C. without staying in the city. This hotel is set in a space with at least one other hotel. The beds were super comfortable. The room is too small for any children to play in their downtime. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Hot tub may have been a little too hot. I was a bit confused as to the policy of passing on all of the housekeeping in order to have a "greener" stay. I assumed they would still come and re stock in room coffee, toilet paper, and towels. They did not. It was hard to get up and going without the coffee once it was gone. I appreciated the shuttle to and from the metro. Having a wine bar was an added bonus!

As a life-time Platinum member, I’ve traveled to well over 125 countries, thousands of cities, staying at hundreds of hotels. The Westin at Reston Heights ranks highly among stiff hotel competition across the Washington/Northern Virginia landscape. What makes the Westin Reston Heights such a formable hospitality force? Its crackerjack staff, well-appointed rooms, delectable edibles, and quiet/calming atmosphere.
The responsiveness and overall professionalism of the Front Desk staff remains the strength of this hotel. A venerable hotelier powerhouse, the Front Desk team in unison calls each guest by name, skillfully directing guests to updated and appealing outlets. When an urgent piece of correspondence arrived, almost on cue Associate Ivan stopped me in full stride, ensuring I had all paperwork needed before attending high-level negotiations. Calling the hotel later in the day, Associate Tewfik recognized my voice, called me by name, and adeptly made needed preparations before I returned. In a hotel world that seems to pride itself on quickly cycling guests through without attending to individual client needs and details, the Westin Reston Heights is a beacon of unmatched hospitality – raising international customer service standards, to another level. Customer service renaissance doesn’t happen by accident. The main drivers of this high-flying team? Assistant Front Office Manager Lexy and Front Desk Supervisor Kasia, both pros play active roles in providing unparalleled customer service to scores of road warriors. Kasia has empowered the Front Desk team with forward leaning and can-do customer service attitudes. Requests that normally cripple other Front Desk teams, are routinely addressed with aplomb by the Westin Reston Heights crew. If your party is for two or two hundred, recommend staying here.
The corresponding updated rooms and meeting spaces across the hotel are equally impressive. Clean and spacious, my room had a lovely view, and well maintained by Associate Carmen. The gym and pool were both easily accessible, enticing me to go more regularly – working-off the great meals, accompanied by delicious Virginia wines. Speaking of the edibles, Dining Room Manager Mel provided excellent food/beverage pairings – knowledgeable about the current culinary happenings, every meal offered something different from the humdrum. Wait Service teammates, Peter and David, were attentive and quick, facilitating hot and tasty edibles.
Lastly, the overall vibe of the hotel allowed for a goodnight’s sleep, something desperately needed after travelling for a couple of days enroute Washington. After enjoying a run through the Jacuzzi and lap pool, devouring a Barramundi-like white fish (while sipping on some of Virginia’s finest wine), I fell into the Heavenly Bed, sleeping a full eight hours.
Thank you so much Westin Reston Heights for being a hospitality beacon, offering a higher standard of customer service, setting an aspirational service benchmark for others to emulate.

Normally, when I visit the DC area, I stay in Arlington, Va. This Westin presented itself with a very good value for the weekend and I decided to try it. It had all the features of the other Westin that I was used to my last 5 visits there.
The indoor pool was not small and not large, but you can swim laps comfortably. The whirlpool was the right temperature. I was even informed that I could use the Sheraton outdoor pool if I wanted which is right next door in the plaza. The restaurant was very good and the selection was nice. The room I had was a little more spacious than I normal get at the other Westin.
You are right my the highway, so you can get to any where very quickly. In addition, their is a shuttle bus that takes you to the Metro that is just about a 1/2 mile away or you can enjoy a nice walk. The surrounding area is very nice with green lawns and trees. Different from that of city setting. For a leisure stay this weekend, right choice. I am sure that I will be returning.

It's always a pleasant and perfect stay at the Westin Reston, Not only is the customer service excellent each stay, but for every dining experience and meeting, our clients have nothing but great feedback and rave about the FOOD! this is the perfect place to have your clients stay and hold your meeting and reception... but also a great place for you to stay if in town to enjoy the beauty of Reston.

Airport, had an early flight to catch. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!
Everything about the hotel was perfect! Ample parking, beautiful lobby, courteous staff, extremely comfortable room! Cost of room was reasonable too!
