Rated 1 out of 5 by Look grand but is empty Outdated hotel. Service was VERY BAD (with exception of 2 receptionist at the hotel front desk) and the bed/pillows uncomfortable. Bathroom lack lights (no switch for shower light) Smokers (including hotel workers) were allowed to smoke only a few feet from the entrance. BAD EXPERIENCE. July 15, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Rename it "The Worstin" it started with booking my room over a month ago and requesting a king bed only to be told there are none available when I arrived. However two days prior I was being sent emails saying I could have a suite for $30 more. So, I check in and go to my room unpack and find that the safe is not operational. Maintenance is sent and acknowledges that it will take some time to repair the safe and ask if I would like a different room. I said yes. He brought me the keys to the new room. When I walked in the door, I noticed a very dark spot on the floor in front of the bathroom door. I took a picture of it, stepped into the bathroom looked at the tub and so black mildew around the caulking in the tub. I took a picture. I went to the front desk to return the original keys and showed them the pictures. They apologized saying they are due for renovations. I guess my credit card needs a renovation too for having to pay the amount charged for such an sub-par facility. I refuse to spend money in the restaurants. I am here for a two-day Business seminar. I will make sure the planners are aware of what we got. I have been traveling for 35 years. I used to travel extensively as an internal auditor. This was the pits June 22, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best hotel experience yet This hotel was seriously amazing. Your staff remembered it was our anniversary and congratulated us at check in. Tracey at the reception desk was exceptional! She accommodated above and beyond our expectations for our room request. She also thoroughly answered any question we had. Super welcoming and super helpful. Aside from the wonderful room we stayed in, Tracey made us want to come back to stay at this hotel again in the future. So, thank you for the wonderful stay!! By far, the best experience we've had yet! June 21, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by very nice! I stayed their for a short business. The beds are perfect, Everything was working and nothing was broken. The complete room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Last but not least the team was very helpful and extremely friendly. Thanks for a great stay! May 6, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by This Westin hotel is grimy and dirty I upgraded to a suite however, the suite was dusty and there were carpet stains in the bedroom and in the living room. My bed sheets has stains as well. I won't complain if they were small stains but they were big. As if somebody vomited or spilled a glass of wine. The ceiling of my bedroom and bathroom has moisture marks on them as well. Overall, very poor. The staff is also not helpful. April 17, 2015
