This is a very nice hotel. The people seem genuinely happy to help and the grounds and rooms are well kept. However, it suffers from the same ailment of most high-end hotels - the fees! There was a $15 dollar per day internet fee (per device!),. There is a $16 per day fee to park your car, $24 if you have the valet park it. The breakfast buffet is good (at $19 per person), but does not include your cup of coffee ($3.50). I can't help but wonder when the high-end places will be forced to drop these fees.

Checked in on a Sunday afternoon. Check-in was quick and simple (although you should know you need to check in and get a room key before trying to self park). As a platinum, I was upgraded to a corner king suite, and a big advantage of the hotel is that there are a lot of potential room upgrades. The room was very comfortable, the HVAC kept the room nicely chilled, and everything was in good repair. My bill upon check out was correct, and everything was was expected.

We'd like to start off by thanking Yuki for arranging for our tradeshow tables, and making the kids feel so welcome. Molly was amazing at getting our accommodations ready. The kids still talk about Brandon, and his constant upbeat attitude, smile and general kindness were appreciated every time we pulled up and needed help with our 75lbs bags. Wayne's tips and thoughtfulness were much appreciated, as was the coercion to head to Winterpark following Yuki's recommendation. Elaine finding us all the weird things we missed packing were amazingly helpful, and no hotel should be without someone at the desk like Ashton.
Everyone mentioned went out of their way to make us feel like we at home, only better since it was sunny, people cleaned up after us, and there was a huge pool.
We'll be back soon.

I spent four nights at the Westin Imagine during a trade show. I am a Starwood Gold member and stay at Starwood properties as oft as I can. It's rare that I get poor service...and it is equally as rare that I ever read of anyone commenting on the front door staff. So here goes...hats off to Wayne who works the front door and curb side. Every hotel should wish they have someone that professional greeting their guests each time they enter or leave the property.

The registration staff upgraded me to a Deluxe Suite with kitchenette and view of the pool. The room met all my needs for an extended weekend stay where I was doing work (including wireless internet and printing in the business center) and attending activities at Disney World. The fitness center was small but had all the essential equipment; in combination with the the large pool, cabana, and spa, the amenities made for a relaxing time.

This is a relatively new property that has exceptional rooms, wonderful food and beverage opportunities, a great location within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and a short drive to the airport. Over the past 20+ years I've stayed at a number properties--both Starwood and non-Starwood--in the Orlando area. As a Platinum member--this one has moved to the top of the list! I would definitely return.

The hotel is directly behind the Conference Center off of International Dr so you miss all that crazy traffic. But it'sstill close enough to walk to several great restaurants. It's a small hotel, but that makes it even more personal.
I do feel that $20 a day for Valet or $12 self park is a bit much as well as the $14.95 internet fee. This is more than just nickle and dimes.
Overall very nice place to stay.

We arrived at 9:45 at night,(reservation was made in November), there was no attendant at the door, we wanted to Valet Park, and finally when one arrived we went inside and told our room was not ready..... After a 10 minute wait we were, finally we were given our room and 10 minutes later our luggage arrived. We called room service and ordered a item of the menu and told it was not available. It was finally delivered and the drink we ordered (iced Tea) was not with the meal. At 11:00 p.m. it sounded as if someone was breaking into our room from the adjoining room, and there was loud talking and door slaming... woke my daughter up and it went on for 20 minutes... looked out the peep hole and it was housekeeping in the next room..... There was noise from the other room for anouther 20 minutes (Dont know what that was) One of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel..... !!!!!!!

Sebastian Ploss, the Manager on duty really helped me out and took care of my needs. Understood that I needed to change plans and was able to accomodate me. The bellman - had great attention to detail - noticed my tie and his comments were appreciated. Nice people - efficient, effective and some of the most accomodating I have ever come across. I wish the airlines were as understanding!

Service in this hotel is superb at all levels. Platinum recognition and room upgrade to a suite was greatly appreciated. Nicole at check in and bell staff were exceptional. Location near convention center was very convenient. Restaurant in hotel is very good. Overall, this is one of the nicer Westins I have stayed at in a while. I highly recommend it and look forward to going back.

I was on a weeklong business trip in another part of Orlando (I brought my family). When I was done with work, we moved to our favorite property in Orlando, the Westin Orlando. Prior to arrival, I spoke to Brianna on the phone. She upgraded us to our favorite room style. She took care of us as we had a flawless check-in. Platinum breakfast voucher was a bit complicated since the buffet was not available. Anna took care of us with our typical breakfast selections. A stay here would not be complete without a chance to visit with Rosario at breakfast. She has treated my family well during each visit. Thank you for training your staff so well; they are well-equipped to take care of this platinum guest and his family. We are definitely returning to the Westin Orlando on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you, Brianna, Anna, and Rosario for taking such good care of us. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

We were promised at least one adjoining room because we had small children with us. Upon checking in we were told there were no adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other. If we had known in advance, we would have made alternative arrangements.
There was no offer on the part of Westin for a breakfast, or return of our points due to our unhappiness upon check-in.

As soon as my Taxi pulled in I was greeted with a smile, made me feel very comfortable and ready to check in. Front Desk and Concierge very informative of the surrounding area. Room was very clean and welcoming. Food was very good and wait staff was friendly. I will sugguest the Westin to others and when I come back to Orlando, it will be the first hotel i call.

Stayed there for 7 days. Staff was not very attentive or seemed to care at all. Concierge was no where to be seen during my entire stay. Front desk never told me of a package I had been sent and then when I found out about it and went to get it, they said they would send it to my room but never did. And then double charged my bill for the package service.

This little gem is such a nice place because it is quiet and peaceful. Located just off the hustle and bustle of International Blvd. Oh did I mention this place was quiet? I stayed here during Universals Halloween Horror, and I could not have made a better choice. Superb rooms and facilities, great staff, and dining.
A top pick for Orlando.

Westin has established itself as one of the flagship brands within the starwood family. As such, scuffs on the walls, stained towels and dated furniture are not acceptable as a flagship brand.

Elizabeth was our housekeeper and she did an amazing job of making our stay extra special. Our room was spotless and she went above and beyond to insure that everything was just right! She even left us a handwritten "thank you" on the day of our departure! She was a true blessing to us and her smile and humility were refreshing!

we were stuk on new yrs eve because of our lack of planning and Elaine, Candy and crew were very kind and bailed us out and found us an excellent dinner location at the very last minute and saved our evening. overall very nice staff at the front desk and nice hotel, especially Cameron and Brandon - congrats on great work.

I have stayed here 3 times and twice I got stuck in rooms where I kept hearing a tapping sound throughout the length of stay. What was annoying was that it was intermittent sound loud enough to wake me me up in the middle of night and then go quiet and then come back up....Stay

I have stayed at this property several times, and they always exceed all my expectations. From wonderful rooms, to a great staff the Westin Imagine has it all. I must point out the great Front Desk staff member Michaela, who was ready and able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this property.

I love staying at this location it is outside all the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close to everything. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, hotel is clean and upbeat. All the staff is very helpful. You can count on a good nights sleep in those heavenly beds and wake up to a wonderful, refreshing shower.

Room needs some maintence and a good cleaning dust everywere. The lamps were dusty there was hair on the bathroom floor. In the morning of my checkout there was no water. I was told i would recieve bonus points as compensation for a free night I did get points just not enough to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was exceptional - clean, comfortable, and an excellent staff ready to meet your every need. Two great examples, coming back in from a morning run the front doorman met me with a towel and bottled water. Additionally, the wait staff in the restaurant and bar tenders were awesome!

For the past several years we have made the Westin Imagine Hotel a regular stay when in Orlando. This time we stayed six nights. The check in staff are great and they go out of their way to accommodate you; always smiles and willing to assist. Valet staff were great too. Thank you!

Stayed in a suite with my family on a Disney trip. The room was clean, nicely appointed and had an open lay-out. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind that the hotel is NOT close to Disney, but rather, the Orlando Convention Center. That said, we will stay here again,

This is a nice hotel near attractions and highways. otherwise, the staff need to keep the property cleaner.
Why have a balcony in the rooms if the staff does not take care of them. at night we wanted to seat outside and enjoy the nice weather but the balcony was full of spider webs it was awful! BIG spiders walking on the walls. After reported to the front desk they only comment was We will address that with management. Really!
if the hotel is listed as a four starts that should not had happen.
but what can you hope for if the parking lot is the same.
Now the comment about the bathrooms, nice shower heads. But, the tile had black stains from molt and the caulking need it to be change. The toilet seat was loose and I had to reported. They fix it but this are details that makes a hotel rating go up or down. The details that they do not take care.
At check in and out the staff was very friendly. As well as every time I reported the problems, they follow up. Except the balcony that I reported to the front desk.

Hotels location was perfect. While tucked away to offer serenity, it was very easy to find. Its location is deal in that it's not far at all from the market, entertainment, a variety of restaurants and a variety of other venues a guest would find enjoyable during a stay.

Had to be in Orlando for quick over night, the Westin Imagine was the perfect home away from home! Great service immediately on arrival, great room, nice dinner and good nights sleep Woke up refreshed and ready for the world. Would definitely recommend this property!

Several times my room was not cleaned and no one replenished my towels even after I called the front desk several times and the assured me someone would come. I just gave up. Considering the cost of the stay, this is obscene.

Westin is Westin, but what makes it an exceptional one are the employees. I think they're all trained to give customer satisfaction. I had an upgrade to a suite room and it was awesome! Nice views, facilities and very clean. Normally, frontdesk people wont explain my SPG membership benefits, but with this hotel, they make sure that I make the most out of my membership and how to earn more starpoints,
The restaurant Fiorella Toscana is impeccable! I don't have to go out and find a good restaurant to eat after a long day of work from the convention since Fiorella offers a wide array of delicious, mouth watering and healthy foods. I ordered room service and wanted a vegan panini which they don't offer, but the manager assisted me with that and talked to the chef if they can make one for me.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit Orlando... I always stay with Westin, but honestly, this chain was the best one I've ever stayed not just because of the facilities, but the employees as well. Keep up the good work guys!
