Rated 5 out of 5 by Another Outstanding Experience!!!!! My fiancé and I stayed at the Westin Imagine in Orlando our fourth time in two years. The Westin Imagine is our main attraction. What makes this hotel special is many things. First, the people who work there are extremely friendly, professional and attentive. We now consider them part of our family. Mike, the General Manager is extremely pleasant and professional. He was greeting guests as they entered the back of the hotel. Candice is super friendly to us, all smiles and made sure our stay was comfortable. Zane was amazing as usual with his service with lunch, dinner and drinks. Rosario provides us with such a great breakfast experience, very knowledgable about Florida attractions and just the nicest person. There are so many other wonderful people who work hard to provide the best experience possible. The Westin Imagine is extremely clean and fresh smelling!! Our room was spotless. The pool is very clean and very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to see a completely updated fitness center with all new equipment. My fiancé and I worked out every morning. We're taking our family down to the Westin Imagine in March. We're also looking forward to booking our October honeymoon! We could keep going on and on about this hotel. Rated 5 out of 5 by Above and Beyond Just Being a Great Hotel! My wife and I recently stayed at The Westin Imagine Orlando so that she could get some much needed surgery from a specialist in the Orlando area. Being from out of town, I decided to stay at this hotel because I had stayed here on a business trip last year and recalled it being a nice property. Well, it is a very nice property, well appointed, nice rooms/suites, good prices on food and drink, huge pool, etc. etc. - all those things you'd expect from Westin. But this property excelled in the area of "Service." From the front desk accommodating all of our needs as it related to rooms for ourselves and her parents, to the concierge knowing us both by name and why we were there, to the valets having the car waiting for us each morning we came out and having a wheel chair waiting on us when we returned from the hospital, to the housekeeping staff working quickly and politely around my wife recovering in the bed, to the valet insisting on the day of check out to get not only the bags into the car but assisting me as we moved my wife into the car as well. I travel worldwide extensively every year and rarely get to enjoy the beautiful rooms I check into (alas, work takes place outside of the hotel), but spending a week at the Westin Imagine was almost better than being at home ... almost! Hats off to the concierge Elaine, the valet Wayne, the bartender Danielle, the housekeeping staff, and the entire front desk staff for their detailed, sincere, and well executed "Service!" Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed for the first time Have never been disappointed with a Westin before - anywhere, but this was a first. The room was adjacent to a "Trash" room and featured a fairly constant banging sound that felt like it was coming through the walls. Arrived late and was out the next day, so by the time it was noticed it seemed too late to change. While I didn't do anything about it, it should not happen in a hotel like this. In addition, the dishes in our kitchen were taken away, but not replaced during the visit. One of the days, no service was provided to the room until between 6-7 pm after it was pointed out. Overall, not "bad", just not as satisfied with the stay as I have always been in the past. Expect more from my favourite hotel brand. November 9, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room Service is Outrageous We all expect to pay more for room service, but this is over the top. There's a $3.50 delivery fee AND a 22% service charge. I could live with that, but then when you see that all of the menu items on the room service menu are identical to the ones in the restaurants EXCEPT THAT THEY"RE ALREADY MARKED HIGHER, it leaves a really bad taste for the guest. The smoothie is $6 in the cafe, but then $8 on room service for the same thing PLUS $3.50 PLUS 22%. It's like that for every menu item. It's shameful really. Is it any wonder guests go off property or order delivery from outside restaurants? The property also seems sterile and bland. No sense of personality. And the lighting in the rooms is so dim it's actually dreary. November 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great short term stay location We stayed here for 1 night to attend a trade show at the convention center. It's a nice walking distance if you don't mind a little walk. The rooms are very nice. We also celebrated our anniversary while we were there, and the management upgraded us to suite and even had a card waiting in the room for us - nice touch! The hot tub is super hot (awesome) and the grab and go breakfast was great. I'd totally stay here next year for the convention. VERY clean and the staff were some of the best I've found. People were falling over each other trying to help us. October 9, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Place, but be aware... This is a very nice hotel. The people seem genuinely happy to help and the grounds and rooms are well kept. However, it suffers from the same ailment of most high-end hotels - the fees! There was a $15 dollar per day internet fee (per device!),. There is a $16 per day fee to park your car, $24 if you have the valet park it. The breakfast buffet is good (at $19 per person), but does not include your cup of coffee ($3.50). I can't help but wonder when the high-end places will be forced to drop these fees. February 20, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Lack of Communication We agreed to the Eco Option, where the staff is not to clean our room for 3 days. It was our issue that we signed up for this, as we have an 8 month old child and didn't think of the mountain of dirty diapers that were inevitable. We talked to the front desk on day 3 about cleaning our room, I told them they could charge us back for the $5 coupons. We then talked to them on day 4 again, about cleaning the room. Staff didn't come either days. The cleaning staff finally came on day 5, an hour before checkout. February 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Westin Review This hotel is mainly for business travelers. I brought my family along to a conference I attended at the Westin, thinking there would be things they could do while I attended the conference. The only thing available for them was swimming in the pool (which was a very nice pool). There are no restaurants, shopping or entertainment opportunities in the immediate vicinity of this hotel and you must take a taxi to go anywhere else. Nothing within walking distance. June 27, 2014

All of the staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and courteous service. The front desk staff was amazing at check-in and helped me several times throughout my stay. I have stayed there two other times and the service was the same - amazing! Keep up the great work! June 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by How to make a pefect week We'd like to start off by thanking Yuki for arranging for our tradeshow tables, and making the kids feel so welcome. Molly was amazing at getting our accommodations ready. The kids still talk about Brandon, and his constant upbeat attitude, smile and general kindness were appreciated every time we pulled up and needed help with our 75lbs bags. Wayne's tips and thoughtfulness were much appreciated, as was the coercion to head to Winterpark following Yuki's recommendation. Elaine finding us all the weird things we missed packing were amazingly helpful, and no hotel should be without someone at the desk like Ashton. Everyone mentioned went out of their way to make us feel like we at home, only better since it was sunny, people cleaned up after us, and there was a huge pool. Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceptional Westin Employees out there! Westin is Westin, but what makes it an exceptional one are the employees. I think they're all trained to give customer satisfaction. I had an upgrade to a suite room and it was awesome! Nice views, facilities and very clean. Normally, frontdesk people wont explain my SPG membership benefits, but with this hotel, they make sure that I make the most out of my membership and how to earn more starpoints, The restaurant Fiorella Toscana is impeccable! I don't have to go out and find a good restaurant to eat after a long day of work from the convention since Fiorella offers a wide array of delicious, mouth watering and healthy foods. I ordered room service and wanted a vegan panini which they don't offer, but the manager assisted me with that and talked to the chef if they can make one for me. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I visit Orlando... I always stay with Westin, but honestly, this chain was the best one I've ever stayed not just because of the facilities, but the employees as well. Keep up the good work guys! April 14, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Meet and Greet I spent four nights at the Westin Imagine during a trade show. I am a Starwood Gold member and stay at Starwood properties as oft as I can. It's rare that I get poor service...and it is equally as rare that I ever read of anyone commenting on the front door staff. So here goes...hats off to Wayne who works the front door and curb side. Every hotel should wish they have someone that professional greeting their guests each time they enter or leave the property. October 17, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent for business and leisure The registration staff upgraded me to a Deluxe Suite with kitchenette and view of the pool. The room met all my needs for an extended weekend stay where I was doing work (including wireless internet and printing in the business center) and attending activities at Disney World. The fitness center was small but had all the essential equipment; in combination with the the large pool, cabana, and spa, the amenities made for a relaxing time. May 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Conference Attendee I attended a four day conference at the Convention Center, and was so pleased from the moment I arrived to the moment a taxi was hailed as I departed this hotel. The staff made me truly feel like a guest, the bedding, room, bathroom, amenities were all top notch. Truly made my long work days worth it upon return to this lovely oasis. June 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Orlando Oasis This is a relatively new property that has exceptional rooms, wonderful food and beverage opportunities, a great location within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center and a short drive to the airport. Over the past 20+ years I've stayed at a number properties--both Starwood and non-Starwood--in the Orlando area. As a Platinum member--this one has moved to the top of the list! Rated 4 out of 5 by Don't let small fool you The hotel is directly behind the Conference Center off of International Dr so you miss all that crazy traffic. But it'sstill close enough to walk to several great restaurants. It's a small hotel, but that makes it even more personal. I do feel that $20 a day for Valet or $12 self park is a bit much as well as the $14.95 internet fee. This is more than just nickle and dimes. Overall very nice place to stay. October 24, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hotel Staff was not very efficent!!! We arrived at 9:45 at night,(reservation was made in November), there was no attendant at the door, we wanted to Valet Park, and finally when one arrived we went inside and told our room was not ready..... After a 10 minute wait we were, finally we were given our room and 10 minutes later our luggage arrived. We called room service and ordered a item of the menu and told it was not available. It was finally delivered and the drink we ordered (iced Tea) was not with the meal. At 11:00 p.m. it sounded as if someone was breaking into our room from the adjoining room, and there was loud talking and door slaming... woke my daughter up and it went on for 20 minutes... looked out the peep hole and it was housekeeping in the next room..... There was noise from the other room for anouther 20 minutes (Dont know what that was) One of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel..... !!!!!!! March 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Manager - Sebastian Ploss, the Manager on duty really helped me out and took care of my needs. Understood that I needed to change plans and was able to accomodate me. The bellman - had great attention to detail - noticed my tie and his comments were appreciated. Nice people - efficient, effective and some of the most accomodating I have ever come across. Rated 2 out of 5 by Conference Hotel I was disappointed by the little things. Had to pay for wifi. Had to pay for parking--which drives me nuts when you are not in a downtown city hotel. For $300 a night, all of that should be included. I had a really nice antipasta platter from room service---but, it was supposed to have grilled artichokes on it and it did not. June 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Many Happy Returns I was on a weeklong business trip in another part of Orlando (I brought my family). When I was done with work, we moved to our favorite property in Orlando, the Westin Orlando. Prior to arrival, I spoke to Brianna on the phone. She upgraded us to our favorite room style. She took care of us as we had a flawless check-in. Platinum breakfast voucher was a bit complicated since the buffet was not available. Anna took care of us with our typical breakfast selections. A stay here would not be complete without a chance to visit with Rosario at breakfast. She has treated my family well during each visit. Thank you for training your staff so well; they are well-equipped to take care of this platinum guest and his family. We are definitely returning to the Westin Orlando on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you, Brianna, Anna, and Rosario for taking such good care of us. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. September 12, 2013

Our room was spotless and she went above and beyond to insure that everything was just right! She even left us a handwritten "thank you" on the day of our departure! She was a true blessing to us and her smile and humility were refreshing! January 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Horrible service Stayed there for 7 days. Staff was not very attentive or seemed to care at all. Concierge was no where to be seen during my entire stay. Front desk never told me of a package I had been sent and then when I found out about it and went to get it, they said they would send it to my room but never did. Located just off the hustle and bustle of International Blvd. Oh did I mention this place was quiet? I stayed here during Universals Halloween Horror, and I could not have made a better choice. Superb rooms and facilities, great staff, and dining. A top pick for Orlando. May 30, 2012

When checking out, I expressed my issues and the reply was "well, other than the room issues, did you enjoy your stay?" Terrible customer service, horrible room experience, lousy way to start a vacation. Obviously this Westin doesn't appreciate customers. July 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by good job great service we were stuk on new yrs eve because of our lack of planning and Elaine, Candy and crew were very kind and bailed us out and found us an excellent dinner location at the very last minute and saved our evening. overall very nice staff at the front desk and nice hotel, especially Cameron and Brandon - congrats on great work.
