Rated 5 out of 5 by Service I travel for business throughout the country. From the moment I walked into the hotel, the service was outstanding. The accommodations were wonderful. I wanted to particularly mention one of the door men, Wayne. What a nice man. He was so friendly and nice. They say the employees who work the front of a hotel might as well own the place, they are the all important service providers and the people who leave you with the lasting impression. I hope Wayne gets recognized for his "ownership" of his job. The lasting customer impression was 5 star! Thank you for a wonderful experience during my hectic business trip. August 9, 2014

This is a great hotel if you want to be out the way of all the hustle of International Drive but close enough to drive around the various areas of the overall Orlando resorts. Hotel is very clean with a nice pool. All you would expect from a Westin. Room was a great size for the money with a separate sitting and dinning area and balcony. August 14, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Atrocious Rooms I have stayed here 3 times and twice I got stuck in rooms where I kept hearing a tapping sound throughout the length of stay. What was annoying was that it was intermittent sound loud enough to wake me me up in the middle of night and then go quiet and then come back up....Stay August 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great BUT...... This is a beautiful hotel and it's relatively new. My problems with this hotel were the additional fees for parking and wifi. Wifi was about $11 a day if you wanted to stay in the room or if you opted you could go do to their business center on the lobby level. Valet parking was $20 a day and self parking was $12 a day....ridiculous if you ask me. Self parking should be free, now if you want to valet that's fine anything else should be complimentary. The parking garage was also too far, it was not connected to the hotel with a skyway or common floor. In order to get into the hotel from the garage, you have to go down to the first floor of the garage and walk to the side doors of the lobby....huge hassle. This hotel does make up for it in the decor and aesthetics. I love the white tea scent that infuses the lobby, it made me feel good every time I returned to the hotel! January 25, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Staff, Great Westin Checked in on a Wednesday night. Utilized self-parking -- the garage is an easy, short covered walk to the hotel, and costs $13 per night. Was upgraded at checking to a two bedroom king suite (as a Platinum), a pleasant surprise. I have found this hotel usually provides upgrades and does a fine job recognizing Starwood Status. Diner ordered through room service was delivered expeditiously, and the food was quite good. The room, beds, bathrooms are all comfortable and typical Westin. My only nit is that the HVAC system worked very well in the kitchen and living room, but less so in the two bedrooms. Final bill was emailed as requested and was 100% accurate. November 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Staff is outstanding I attended a conference at the convention center and the group that I associated with picked the Westin as our home hotel. the rooms are clean and the beds are wonderful. From the very first greeting by the doorman to the last goodbye everyone is very helpful and seems to go above and beyond to make sure that your every need is met. Two years ago my group stayed at this hotel also. I started not feeling well and I had stopped at the desk to say that I would be checking out early to go home. I went upstairs to take a shower and when I got out there was a knock on the door and the receptionist had arranged for tea and chicken soup to be sent up. Above and beyond service. December 6, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Slightly Disappointed Very disappointed with staff at check-in counter. My rooms were not available at 3:00 PM. I was traveling with 24 people and the rooms were made available at stagnant time frames, which was inconvenient to the group. When I left for dinner at 6PM, my last room was still unavailable. By that time, there were NO MORE doubles available and I was offered a suite for an additional $50. I thought that to be preposterous. There was a different check-in staff at the desk when I returned. I explained my situation to her and she immediately spoke with management and had the charge reversed. The cleaning staff was excellent, though. I was just slightly disappointed with my overall stay, especially with such a large group with high expectations. July 24, 2014
