Check in was busy but staff was attentive once you got to the front desk.
As a platinum guest I was acknowledged and informed that I had received an upgrade to a suite.
My room was on the 12th floor and it was spectacular, spotless and spacious. As a solo traveler it more than met my needs with a conference room, living room and 1 1/2 bathrooms.
This is an airport location but I was not affected by aircraft noise. Temperature control for the room was very good.
I had a conference call in the afternoon so I asked for a late checkout. While this was accepted, there was awkward hesitation at my request. I do understand the direct correlation of that with the fact that I was in a beautiful suite which they obviously had a booking for.
Great stay overall.

I got room 416. The thermostat was not working properly, and it was 27C inside. I complained, and all they did was shut the thermostat off. This made for a terrible sleep. Also there were permanent stains on the carpet, and rust stains in the toilette.

The hotel rooms are beginning to require some updating. Things are getting very used looking. Also the heating system is definitely not working properly. Although there are thermostats in each room, it is not possible to change the temperature settings. The room was much too hot with no way to cool it. There is a small portable fan supplied for cooling purposes. Not satisfactory.

What can I say my favorite Airport hotel in Toronto or maybe anywhere. I have stayed here in the last 3 months around 10 or more times and love the service here.
First of all they have there on Driver which makes for fast pick up and drop offs. Close to a Bars restaurants and night life but if you want great food no need to go anywhere but downstairs to there own restaurant.
My Favorite part is the fastest check in anywhere thanks guys and girls.

To me this is the best airport hotel in Toronto. I have stayed here more then 10 times the Staff are great and service is very fast at the front desk.
Airport bus is every 10 min or so you never wait and when you call the come as fast because they have there own bus Awsome.
If you want to eat at hotel the food is good but also there are 5 or 6 six places to eat within 3 min of the hotel.
As you can see I really like this hotel.

I have not left a review for this hotel in 6 months and have probably stayed here at least 10 night in that time. The reason for my absolute love of this hotel is the Staff the fastest and most professional front desk. The front doormen and driver are very courteous, and having there own bus is great you do not have to go from one hotel to another to be dropped off or picked up very fast.

This was our first stay at the Bristol Place. The staff were great and the presentation and cleanliness what you would expect from a Westin.
Overall great value for the room rate.
The pool facility in the Bristol Place is very nice but the water temperature was too cold.
Our personal preference would be the Westin Prince which has different room decor.

Love this hotel have stayed here at least 20 times. The service from the staff is great feel likes home. When leaving or being picked up they are very quick I see other people staying at hotels waiting and waiting but these guys show up in less the 10 min. I have stayed at a lot of airport hotels around the world but this is my favorite airport hotel.

We love staying at this hotel while traveling through Toronto. The shuttle is quick, friendly and free. The food in the lounge and restaurant are great, and the sound proof rooms have great comfort. The small details of chilled lemon water, friendly staff and morning paper is welcoming.
Nice way to start a trip to the tropics,

This hotel is a busy hotel, but that is no excuse for frayed and dirty carpet in the halls and rooms. And the fact that there is a charge for internet is inexcusable and embarrassing. I have stayed at this Westin many times even enduring being stuck in the elevator for 3 hours on one of my visits but this will be my last.

The service here is great the front desk to the guys at the front door and bar all awesome.
What makes this airport hotel even better the have own driver and going and pick up from airport is fast. I have stayed here at least 10 or more times and will keep doing so.

Very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the excellent shuttle service -- both to and from the airport (also the free parking). We would definitely stay there again; in fact, I would stay there whether i an using the airport or not!

Was an even better stay than in the past as was selected as honorary GM and stayed in the Prime Ministers' suite. To bad was so late when I checked in, would have been nice to have more time to enjoy all the amenities!

Stayed here due to power outage in the city. Nice 4* hotel near the airport so plane noise was expected. What wasn't expected was rowdy adult clients slamming doors, talking loudly in the hallways - all night and esp at 330am. Finally had to call the front desk. I would have expected the hotel to be monitoring this esp since they were up and down the elevators all night - perhaps that's too much to ask? Room doors need to be structured better as they all slam hard so can be heard everywhere. Deluxe rooms are all by the elevators so we opted not to upgrade. Phone handsets did not work as well as shower heads (minor but..). Parking is outdoors and $16. Location is great to walk to fast food and also The Keg. Easy highway access. Met other local who also stayed on the 9th floor and they weren't happy either. Disappointed overall and will choose another hotel next time.

I stay very often at Westin Hotels, this one was very nice. I just have one complaint. The room was extremely warm. When I called down at the front desk to inquire as to how to make it a bit cooler, they told me to use the fan that was provided in the closet and to turn off the thermostat. She stated that the AC was no longer on at the hotel, just the heat. It was extremely warm in my room, I even opened the window and placed the fan there, it was not comfortable. I had to sleep with the fan blowing in my face at night just to stay comfortable. I have never encountered this problem before. Other than a hot room, the hotel met all other expectations.

Stayed at the Bristol Place this week. Was not offered any SPG Recognition when I checked in eventhough I provided my SPG number at check in. When I called down to the front desk to get an internet code I was told that I would have to pay. When I asked why this wasn't included as an SPG benefit I was told that I had to ask for it when I checked in. I explained that I wasn't offered anything when I checked in. After some grumbling by the person on the phone I was given a code. The location is in dire need of renovations the elevators and furnishings in the rooms are not up to Westin standards. There was no desk in my room either.
