チェックアウト時に運悪くホテル外でガス漏れが発生し道路が封鎖、ホテル内の人も退避を求められました。レンタカー返却とフライトチェックインの時間が迫る中、レセプションスタッフがレンタカー会社と交渉して当日の返却不要に、またタクシー代も用意して空港までの移動を手配してくれました。スタッフに顧客対応の権限が委譲されており、タイムリーに気が効いた対応を頂き、久しぶりに気持ちの良いホスピタリティを実感しました。

Stayed here two nights and would definetly recommend the hotel. A few items in need of updates, but it's the staff, service and Westin attention to detail that make this feel like home.
Pros:
-Staff/Service
-Area- blocks away from the Miracle Mile and so many shops and dining.
-Facilities- the reception, restaurant, and entry are amazingly nice.
Cons:
-Construction outside
-Furniture in room was old
-Room was not well isolated from noise

Stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay prior to a cruise. Planned to just use the hotel as a place to sleep but quickly realized the hotel had a lot to offer. Excellent location, nice pool area and most of all a great staff. I decided to get a rental car at the last minute and the concierge (Joaquin - who is fabulous) had one ordered and delivered in 10 minutes. (by the way, Enterprise Rent a Car was also great. Just call, they deliver and afterward leave with the valet in front. Super low hassle). Rooms were good and typically upscale Westin. Every staff person with whom I came in contact was great and accommodating.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Westin Colonnade.Concergie Joaquin help to us was extraordinary.

We had low expectations for this hotel, and it even fell below that.
Between the constant noise from both within the hotel and early beeping from the street, we were robbed of any night's rest. In addition, maid service was inconsistent and didn't even come one day.
There are no SPG perks at this hotel, and it was insulting that as an SPG member we would be put in such a terrible spot in the hotel.
We will never stay at this hotel again and have even discussed canceling our SPG number due to our experience. This hotel could not even provide the basic amenities standard at any level hotel.

I live in Miami and booked this hotel stay as a perk to myself for the Holiday weekend and unfortunately it was not restful at all. I was in room 412. The doors to the rooms are very heavy and unless you close them with great care slam very loudly so unfortunately I was kept up all night and woke up very early with the noise of these slamming doors. I had requested a later check out and tried to get a nap in the early afternoon but even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, hotel staff came knocking! A very disappointing stay to say the least.

A few observations:
*The sofa in our room showed several stains.
*The carpet in the room was threadbare.
*The toilet was problematic (esp flushing).
*The gym's equipment was rusting.
*The gym was dirty (with sweat stains and hair on the floor.)

I stayed in the two-level townhouse room here. It was fantastic with plenty of room, a fun spiral staircase, and a large bathroom.
The proximity of the hotel to the bustling life of downtown Coral Gables is ideal. As soon as you exit the hotel, you're in the heart of the shopping and dining district.
The hotel is immaculately kept up, fun to explore, easy to find, and worth coming back to.
