My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our one year wedding anniversary. I had made a comment on my reservation about it and the hotel upgraded us to the club level, which was really nice but we didn't end up using any of the amenitites. The reason I love the Westin Hotels and why I chose this hotel for our anniversary was the super comfy heavenly beds. However, our bed was definitely not a heavenly bed. How is that? I thought all of the beds were heavenly beds? Our bed was much too firm and even uncomfortable after sleeping on it for the night. The upgrade was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the bed (the most important part of a stay) was very disappointing. This was not the excellent experience I expect when I stay at a Westin Hotel and I left not knowing if I will return.

I stay here regularly and the internet going out is pretty consistent - I have never worked an entire night where it didn't go out every 10-20 minutes or so. Is it that hard to get internet at a nice hotel? I don't get it, but it slows my productivity and drives me nuts!

This Westin has an outstanding restaurant, McCormick and Schmick's, in the hotel. The food is superb. The hotel also has wonderfully friendly and efficient staff who are always ready to assist a guest. The rooms are clean, well arranged, spacious, comfortable, and have a pleasant smell.

What a lovely place to stay. The rooms are immaculate and the service is friendly. Love the idea of Friday night wine in the lobby at a reasonable price.

This is one of the best choices in the Twin Cities area. Very friendly staff, fabulous rooms and great SPG recognition. I must thank Amy from concierge for the special amenity delivered to my room. Lisa from another SPG brand Downtown hotel communicated with Amy at the Westin who arranged for a special surprise. This is the FIRST time that I have seen conjoint concierge collaboration between two different SPG brands in the same city. The other SPG brand where I stay is like a second home to me. Lisa and Amy thank you, this effort goes down in history. I try to stay at all 9 SPG brands in a calender year but the inter-brand collaboration mentioned above is a first for me.
I must not fail to mention Alena in the club lounge, she is the most friendly and courteous lady you will encounter. PLEASE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, GOLDS, PLATINUMS, SPG-75s AND SPG-100s give the lounge attendant a tip and praise their services. They work very hard to take care of you. Alena you are the BEST. The food and the lounge is PERFECT.
Choose this hotel without hesitation. You will immensely enjoy it
