Rated 5 out of 5 by enjoyed my stay your staff is exceptional I really enjoyed my stay Your staff made it exceptional they work really hard and I saw that they were really friendly and willing to repond However the pillow was too soft and was the only thing that I felt uncomfortable otherwise it was a great experience very clean rooms and that is what I expect in a room Thank you to you and your staff for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable October 13, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel lives up to Westin standards I used SPG points for a night away with my husband to celebrate his birthday. Front desk was very accommodating; acknowledged my Gold status. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Bathroom was huge and beautiful. Hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I definitely would recommend this hotel and plan to return again to stay! September 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Hotel! Overall, an excellent hotel! My wife and I have stayed here many times over the past few years. The rooms are always clean, and the pool area is very nice. The underground walkway to the Galleria (many dining options) is great during the cold Minnesota winter. We will definitely stay again! October 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Staff and Service the hotel was fantastic which was what I expected for a Westin. The workout facilities were great and the room was very comfortable and spacious. What set our stay apart was the fantastic friendliness of the staff. Always saying hello, offering us water, We got locked out of our room a couple of times due to a faulty security latch but the response was quick and friendly and they even upgraded us to access to the executive club which was a nice touch. I would stay here again , for sure. November 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Room Keys This is our go to Hotel in the Twin Cities but I do have to mention a couple things. The room keys do not work well in the first elevator. My wife and I had trouble and observed numerous other people who also could not get the key to work. While I am on the subject of keys. I was out to dinner with family and received a call from my wife. Her key would not work and the front desk person would not make her a new one, even though she showed proper ID. It seems as though they needed to have her name on the registration also. If she had not been able to get in touch with me I do not know what she would have done. This does bother me, as I have never had to list her as staying in my room before. March 7, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb Staff I drove to the Twin Cities and parked at the hotel entrance. A friendly and extremely helpful doorman/bellman helped unload our car (and ultimately took us to our room). I had given him my keys since we had elected the valet parking service. A few minutes later he called to report that our car wouldn't start. I went down and ultimately got it started, but based on a previous problem that was supposed to have been solved by our dealer but clearly wasn't, I was concerned it might need to be towed. He arranged to keep it parked where it was accessible and, although we didn't need that tow, his willingness to be of service was incredible. He was also on duty when we checked out and again provided over-the-top service. And everyone else we met who worked at the hotel seemed equally friendly and attentive. Thank you! March 11, 2013
