The Hotel accommodations and staff met all our needs and expectations. And, when the
guests in the adjacent room turned that room into a loud party on New Year's eve, the Security staff, at 2:30AM, responded to our call and made those guests cease their
noisy and rude behavior. We love this hotel!

Past stays at the Westin have been much better than this one. Initial problems with the reservation, different rates for different days, inability to print a detailed invoice for expense reimbursement and missed wakeup call making me late for a meeting; not a good overall experience for this stay

I believe Westin is a good brand hotel and the location convenience to my conference in the city centre. However, I found the service this time around was below my expectation. I was not given an SPG room, there was no SPG compliments and there were wet towels left on bar counters in the room.

Expect the usual high standard from Westin's properties together with a very good location. (Market Street, Union Sq etc) Only painpt is the room's crawling wifi speed. I have being on my roaming data plan all time whenever I need to work. That said, get out of the room & enjoy SF city!

This Westin met our expectations in all respects. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping...the ferry terminal was a long walk, or short taxi ride, away. The restaurant in the hotel was a very pleasant surprise -- limited number of entrees, but well prepared, presented, and served.

Westin hotels have the most comfortable and clean hotel rooms. I love the showers too!
I highly recommend Westin to anyone looking for a fine stay.
The only disappointment was that on Sunday the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast or lunch and I had to sit at the bar for a cup of coffee.

The Westin Market Street is a great place to stay.The front desk staff -especially the person who checked me in was pleasant, accommodating and helpful.The rooms are comfortable and the view from the 32nd floor was excellent.It is walking distance from the Moscone centre and Union square.

I stayed only one night and didn't want to leave. My room had great views of the city and it was very comfortable and clean. In addition, it is very easy to get a cab at this hotel and the staff was helpful. I've stayed at this location a few times and would highly recommend staying here.

We were greeted with enthusiasm by the desk agent, Zeke Ramsell, who followed up on our every need. There were a couple of issues that he quickly resolved, and upon checking out, he credited our account on a couple of small matters. He's definitely a great representative for The Westin!

We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel. The location was great for our two visits to the AT&T park as well as many restaurants and Muni stations. The only complaint we have is we requested one day of internet service and were charged for two. We definitely would stay there again.

Excellent hotel, with very nice and clean rooms. Staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.
The only minus is that the internet is not free. It is even quite expensive. Free internet has become the standard in most hotel at this class, and I would expect it should be the same here.

Typical Westin quality...great service, great location, helpful staff (thanks Freddie for helping me with the fax!), clean and comfortable. Walkable to clients in Financial District as well as restaurants down on the water -- museums next door and in the heart of the shopping district.

Great hotel. Our room had a wonderful view on San Francisco and the staff largely exceeded our expectations.
Our front desk agent, was extremely pleasant, smiling, and arranging throughout our stay.
We definitely recommend this hotel and will go back next time we are in San Francisco!

All I can say is that the staff at this Westin is caring! They west above and beyond what one would expect...from dinner reservations to suggesting a limo versus a cab to the airport (as it was less expensive). The dining for breakfast and lunch was delicious. The service impeccable.

I visit San Francisco 4 to 5 times each year & this Westin has rapidly become one of my favorites after 4 stays, each one excellent. The SPG Preferred floor gives panoramic city view, the room maintenance is subperb, the hotel amenities are top notch. I plan to visit many more times.

Staff was OK as to be expected.
Lobby was under renevation without letting us know.
Shower Pressure was terrible.
Not even a complimentary bottle of water...charged for everything.
Internet was way overpriced at 18.95.
DISASTER. Would not stay here again for the price of this place

Our stay was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was clean and efficient. The only concern was the confusion with the green choice. It was difficult having to explain this on a daily basis whether we wanted housekeeping service or not. There needs to be a pool on site.

LOVE to stay at this hotel when visiting San Francisco. However, have tried Ducca Lounge many times before and have always been disappointed. Lacks atmosphere and employee service big time. Will definitely be staying at the hotel again, but will not be bothering to try Ducca again.

Had a wonderful check in and were able to upgrade to a King suite with a Roll away! Ended up on the 34th floor with a beautiful view from every window.
Beds are fabulous, even the rollaway. Found ourselves wanting to just enjoy our room as much as we wanted to go out and enjoy SF.

This hotel is conveniently located in SF city near Union Square. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and linens were heavenly for getting a good night's sleep. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Good value for the SF area and amenities.

For a deluxe room and rate it was extremely dissapointing. The room is very small and cramped and the bathroom was TINY. You couldn't close the door uless you squeezed sideways. Toilet was also the type they have in my kids' preschool, small and low???? Very very dissapointing...

I wouldn't say there is anything bad in the quality of this hotel, but the service at the front desk when checking in was horrible. They didn't acknowledge any amenities (free wifi, extra points, etc) for being a gold member or even mention it at all. I had to bring it up myself.

i love this hotel...i've been staying here for the past 3 or 4 years during Oracle Openworld I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Solara at the front desk was AMAZING..she took the time to go over all the details of my stay and was very patient with me...she ABSOLUTELY deserves KUDOS.

This is an outstanding hotel. The staff is very friendly and really make you feel like you were at home. It is very close to the convention center and to many attractions. Christopher and Enrique in the restaurant are simply amazing and Zeke in the front desk is outstanding.

As a heavy sleeper I was surprised to find that the level of noise in the hotel woke me. On complaining I was told that lots of rooms are affected by elevator and there were no rooms I could move to (or alternative hotels). For a $300+ a night room this is totally unacceptable

We had a party to go to and didn't really want to drive so we decided to stay at the Westin. Best decision! We wandered around the city, enjoyed each other's company, got ready in our fabulous room, went to the party, then climbed into the most cozy bed ever. Perfect!
