The hotel staff greeted me with a warm smile. I was also one of the lucky ones to be selected for an upgrade and was roomed on the 7th floor. Executive Club lounge was wonderful. It made such a difference to be around staff that seem to enjoy their jobs. It was so very refreshing, a nice stay away from home for business. Thanks Westin!!!

As the saying goes, you only get 1 time to make a first impression and this hotel certainly did this. The front desk ladies were great along with Andy as well. I was there for 3 weeks and the staff made me feel right at home. I am looking forward to my next stay there cowing that I will be well taken care of.
Great job Westin Hotel in Richmond, VA!!

I've spent about 10 nights here this year on 5 separate trips and really enjoy every aspect of this property.
Bellmen, front desk, even room cleaners are very courteous, friendly, and smart.
Hotel feels brand new and it shows in layout and overall cleanliness.
The restaurant is good, the club lounge excellent, and the rooms are large and quiet.
My only request would be if you could swap locations with the other SPG hotel down the street as there isn't much within walking distance here.
Overall, a great place to stay not only for business but they also treated my kids and wife very well when they tagged along one trip.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. I was impressed on how nice the hotel was. I used to travel for work a lot and got used to the nicer hotels. This hotel is up there in terms of upper end hotels. Beds were very comfortable, lighting was fine in the rooms (I loved the LED night light in the bathroom), the curtains let you make the room dark for deep sleep, there was plenty of sound insulation as we did not hear the highway even though we were less than 100 yards from it. The free starbucks coffee was very nice too.
Staff were all knowledgeable and nice. The gym was decent too and the kids loved the pool

As someone who is in the hospitality business your staff clearly understands the impact customer service plays in a day to day role. At every juncture they smiled and always were asking what I needed. In these days not much of that is seen and I just wanted to compliment you and your team. Thank you

We stayed her for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed it immensely. We dined at your restaurant and found the food and service first class. Our server, Omer, was one of the best waiters we have had in a very long time. If all of your other staff are as good as he was, you will always be one of the top hotels in Richmond. We can't wait to come back!

My family appreciates the wonderful stay we had over the weekend. We travel often and loved the fact that we could bring our precious, furry family member (our 18 month old puppy) with us on the trip. Thank you for accepting pets as part of your clientele!
