Rated 5 out of 5 by My slice of heaven We were looking forward to a luxury holiday, something I had never experienced. The Westin delivered in every way possible. We were lucky enough to get a package deal that included breakfast. And what a breakfast, if you couldn't find anything to satisfy your morning hunger, you must be very very fussy. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. And I was very impressed myself as a women to be treated with such kindness and respect by the male staff. Mind you men in general in Fiji seem to be this way towards women, which is really refreshing. Food quality was excellent, the accommodation was excellent and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in away from home. We can't really fault anything. My only grip is that if you are in a adjoining room you could be unlucky and get noisy neighbours, we were fortunate to not get this except on our last night. So a tip, if you don't need an adjoining room, ask for a non-adjoining room. Also we quite liked the second floor with balcony, felt a little more private. This is a stunning resort, and am already planning my trip back next year. August 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Holiday Thank you for a great 5 day stay. Your staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging which was just lovely. The room we stayed in had a lovely sea view. I did think the room was very dark however and particularly the bathroom , as it was hard putting makeup on. The band was awesome and so was your lap pool and gym facilities. Thankyou for the beautiful farewell, the singing was just amazing! August 14, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by A great rest spot Excellent room and service of this. Great value to take the breakfast included package as this is very nice. Food is average in all the dining areas in the resort but staff are lovely. Beautiful pool surroundings . Be aware the resort is now cashless so all charges are to your room which is actually easy. Fantastic music n the Meka Lounge. Also good to have access to three resorts. July 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fiji is cheaper than Tahiti & therefore better! Fiji is a great South Pacific destination compared to other South Pacific islands! You get the same as everywhere else but it isn't overpriced yet.Fijian are modest & so are the Indians that live there. Don't get caught in a cyclone though...... Its absolutely stunning & beautiful nature wise.Food is great & the Australian influence is better than the European or American on other South Pacific islands. They keep it simple=more down to earth & so are the Fijians. That's why they don't surf as good as the Tahitians...the Polynesians are the greatest surfers in the Southpacific! Westin is the oldest resort in port Denarau -but newly renovated. July 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place - too bad about the breakfast We had a weekend break at the Westin in Denarau, having travelled across from Suva. It was almost all that we expected, a pleasant place to get away from work and spend some time in the sun. That is until we got to the breakfast buffet, where the staff treated us like cattle, started out by tellng us what we could not have or do - how hard would it have been to just organise a couple of Flat White coffees for us instead of telling us that we could only have the pre-brewed coffee? And then informed us that we could not be served anyway until we got up, walked back to the proper entrance (we had come in from the pool area) and informed the receptionist that we were intending to have breakfast. So, yes, we both got up and just kept walking out of the restaurant. Luckily we found a much more friendly and welcoming, professional reception at the bakery, where we had breakfast, complete with Flat Whites,..... August 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Lovely facility We had 6 nights at the Westin. It is a lovely place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We recommend the breakfast. We do think the restaurants for lunch or evening meals are overpriced. August 4, 2014
