Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Experience While attending a conference / training session, we stayed at this hotel and a couple of days after. What a wonderful experience. The hotel, rooms and staff could not have been better in attending to our needs. Meals were excellent, the chief is top shelf. Rated 1 out of 5 by Unacceptable Loyalty is hard to come by. For me to book a king bed over two weeks in advance and then to show up at midnight after 7 hours of delayed flights and be stuff in a small room with a small double (almost twin sized) bed is unacceptable. Then I'm told they would give me $100 off the rate, which they conveniently did NOT apply to the final invoice. So much for being Platinum. So much for my loyalty. July 17, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Service was sub-par for a Westin I was very disappointed in the front desk service. Being a platinum member I have become accustomed to being treated with a little more respect and offered certain standard amenities such as breakfast vouchers, drink coupons, and late check-out. I had to request all of these amenities. I had to remind the guy at the front desk that I was a platinum member and entitled to late check out. The front desk should take a class on how to treat customers like they want them to come back and stay again. July 14, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Noise Level We were woke at 6 am by a group in the hallways who were checking out. The door to our room was so thin and had such big gaps from the floor to the door that we could hear everything. This noise went on till 7:30am we tried calling down stairs but all lines in our room rang busy. Needless to say we got up and checked out. Until you address the sound proofing of your doors I will not stay here again. July 14, 2014
