Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay Where do I start? Airlines lost my luggage, I arrive at the hotel and they ask, What can we do for you? Do you need anything right away? Then everytime I walked by the counter, they greeted me by name, from the very beginning! I didnt feel like a guest, but as a friend, every single employee was top notch, I would stay here any day any time, GREAT STAY! September 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Staff Thanks so much for making our stay so wonderful. Front desk especially Ahmeid were always on top of needs, exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Love the showers and the comfortable beds. The views of the harbor were absolutely beautiful. Area is convenient, relaxing and i will definitely be back. Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice Location My hotel stay here could have been better if my check in process was handled differently. I reserved my 2 rooms over the phone and made sure that I had to joined rooms but when I arrived for check in I had to wait 30 mins because of an error code on my reservations and then wasn't given the two joining rooms that I had reserved. If I would've known that I couldn't get the rooms I reserved I would not have made the reservation. Also, the representative said that there was a Kids club at this site and when I asked I was told that the site didn't have one because they are smaller. That was also dissappointing. Other than the not so good first impression, the rest of the stay was fine. August 18, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Decent Hotel, Poor Service The hotel is situated on the water and is generally a nice physical property. The room had carpet burns, peeling wallpaper, and a fridge that was barely above room temperature (and non-adjustable). However, the customer service here is the lowlight. The service is very poor for the price paid. During our stay we had to request a broken coffee maker be replaced three times over 24 hours before anyone even came up to look at it, despite being assured someone would be right up. The food and beverage service is subpar as well, with food delivery taking over an hour and arriving cold, with incorrect/missing items, and a promise to return with missing and paid for items never fulfilled. Finally, the restaurant downstairs was abysmal. We waited 15 minutes at a half empty restaurant to be seated, all the while listening to the hostess berate the staff and curse under her breath. It was all very unprofessional and we eventually left as no one in a position of authority should treat their staff in this way. Ultimately, our package deal that included breakfast went unused. We addressed these issues with management at check-out, but the only remedy "since we had already paid" was to offer 500 SPG points, a very poor resolution since as frequent travelers but infrequent Westin guests and are unlikely to use SPG properties again. Rated 3 out of 5 by Average hotel When attending a conference at a nearby hotel, I decided to stay at the Westin for a few nights. The location is very central and there's a lot around and within walking distance. The room was not clean. The bedding had several stains and I had to request housekeeping to change them. The bathroom also needed some touching up. The front desk staff didn't seem to care and there was no SPG recognition as a platinum member. I stayed at another nearby hotel and had a much better experience which is disappointing because it's hard not to earn nights/points, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, there were just too many issues with cleanliness. Rated 3 out of 5 by THIS WASN'T THE SAME WESTIN !! We have stayed here 3 previous times...and this is NOT the same Westin. The people , food, and service were good , but the halls were dirty with food and liter that wasn't picked up; the pool had visible hair floating in the water; the water container in the workout room were both empty for two days despite pointing that out to the life guard staff,; and exercise balls (4) in the workout area were deflated; and the high dining windows dirty.
