We enjoyed our stay. The view of the harbor was awesome, the local restaurants are delicious. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive. My only issue is the valet parking. I was offered valet parking when I pulled up and I accepted, but I was not told that there would be a $70 charge for overnight parking. The additional charge on top of the "local resort fee" was disappointing and not well stated.

Best place to stay if you want to visit DC. Only 20 minutes from the monuments! National Harbor has so much to offer. The staff here is great!

One of the newer and nicer Westin hotel out there. Front desk was responsive, professional, and genuinely nice. Room was spacious and bathroom/showers were phenomenal. Clean facilities and great views of the Potomac River/National Harbor area. Hotel room, on the fifth floor, was quiet and serene, got a lot of restful sleep in. Gym and indoor pools were also great amenities to have. Hotel restaurant was bright, serving above average hotel fare and great views of the water from the dining room. Overall, a great stay. Already booked my next trip and will be staying again at this hotel.

1- we arrived early but did not get a call to allow us to check in after being told that they would do so...
2-for the high daily rate, you would expect a refrigerator in the room!
3-no complementary breakfast with the high daily rate! breakfast is at least $60 for pancakes, coffee and eggs!
5-no complementary WIFI! we were given a code which expired after 16 hours!
6-we had to call for towels, and trash was not picked up!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!

This hotel met our expectations for a local staycation. It is located right on the water and in the middle of all of the action. The staff was really nice and the service was commendable. The only thing missing is a club/concierge room which would have been great.

What a terrible shame that the management at this hotel feel the need to give their guests the run-around. When asking for resolution on an extra day of a stay, I was transferred around to 4 different people with 4 different answers. Nothing was ever resolved but the real point was to give me the run-around until nothing could be done. Additionally, while my rate was around $175 when booked, my colleague paid over $450/night and had a minimum 4-night stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Westin at the National Harbor, to celebrate his bday. The staff was wonderful at the front desk, Ahmed and Ray, on Sat March 26th. They were very pleasant and accomodating, and we both appreciated that. As always, the room with the magnificent view, and the heavenly bed, and luxury spa bathroom, are always on point. The reasons I mentioned, are why we always choose the Westin. Thank you again for the warm and professional environment!

This is the best room I have ever booked. The view from outside the window was very beautiful. I can see the Ferris wheel from my room. Very good! However, the indoor pool was not as good as expected. It was small and crowded. The staff at the swimming pool was rude, she shout out from the other side of the indoor pool to ask me about my age, very disrespectful.
