We stayed at the THE WESTIN DUBAI MINA SEYAHI BEACH RESORT & MARINA for a week. The staff was wonderful and friendly from the moment we entered the lobby to our last good bye. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise. The food is very good. We ate breakfast at the Executive Lounge and my daughter loved even the oatmeal (which is not the case at home). The executive Lounge also serves complimentary tea in the afternoon and offers Happy Hour refreshments from 6 to 8 pm. We dined at the Busola restaurant, which must be the best Italian restaurant in Dubai (and beyond). The beach is clean and generously furnished with comfortable deck chairs. There is no morning hunt for a place by the pool. The towel service is very good, as are the waiters showing up at every glance with drinks and food. I should also mention the wonderful location of the hotel. It has a waterfront private beach and a huge terrain with many pools. It is good to walk to the cool Barista Bar with daily live music and the Marina with a sea food restaurant on an old, wooden Dhow boat. If you do not like to walk, you will be driven around in a golf car. There is no single thing we did not like about our stay in the beautiful Dubai February sun. THANK YOU WESTIN:)))))

Rated 5 out of 5 by Parvictor Amazing hotel: pool, beach, spa, superb restaurants...
This hotel has it all for a great time off: a great beach, a set of impressive pools (I recommend the pool bar at the infinity pool), a spa and some great restaurants.
Most importantly, however, you will feel welcomed and pampered: the staff is very attentive and make great efforts to ensure your stay is amazing. And mine definitely was!
I paid for an upgrade to the executive lounge and did not regret it: the view on the beach every morning is breathtaking and the pack is great value for money. The happy hour alone is worth it, considering how expensive wine is in Dubai.
All in all, a great time in a superb hotel: I'm already making plans to go back!

This hotel is a dream. the pictures just don't do it justice. the staff are amongst the friendliest I have ever met. And there is no additional cost or tipping required. The hotel is affordable and for once, we were keen to get over the sight seeing just so we could chill out in our hotel. The food is amazing and caters for everyone, young and old. the surrounding is brilliant a beautiful hotel set around some of the most beautiful. Step on to the beach and you see the metropolis that is the rest of Dubai. Truly amazing, can't sing this hotel's praise enough. The whole experience well worth it. If you get the chance try out this hotel for a true treat.

1) Check in was slow
2) Staff at front disk during my check in seemed either new or inexprienced.
3) Although my booked room was Executive Room, it was not prepared with any thing to difrentiate it from a regullar one.
4) Ceck out was also difficult and took long time if it wasn't for the assistant fromt office manager who checked me out personally and saved me very preciuos few minutes for an important meeting that morning out of the hotel.
5) Wass told to wait for few minutes for the golf car to take me to where the football game is shown at one of the hotel clubs. i ended up cancelling the request after too long waiting without any feedback on the request.

My husband and I have a passion for contemporary, boutique hotels which has to now be set aside with two young children (3 year old and a 10 month old). So it is always with some trepidation that I book a "family" hotel that caters for the masses. I should not worry as I have now stayed at 3 Starwood Luxury properties and all have exceeded our expectations. The Westin however was a complete surpise and a total joy. Service, childcare, safety at the pool and nothing being too much trouble was evident everyday. The staff in the executive lounge, the lifeguards and the kids club were particularly excellent. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday a perfect one.

First time we have stayed at this hotel and were very surprised and pleased about our choice from the moment we arrived at reception We were greeted by Nikita who was amazingly helpful, due to our early arrival, and for the remainder of our stay. Our room was large and well appointed . We ate at El Sur / Hunters and Spice Emporium and had three fantastic meals with exceptional service. We also had four treatments in the spar which were also a true experience . All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Would recommend this hotel to our friends without hesitation . Stayed from Monday 14th April for four nights .

I accidentially ended up in the Westin as the hotel I stayed two years ago and I wanted to book again, had incredible expensive rates this time (almost 1.000 € per night for a standard room) - Two years ago the rates where reasonable as there was a construction area and they therefore reduced the rates. I did not regret to choose the Westin, as it is a really perfect location with reasonable room rates. The service is great, food as well and the beach is very nice and quiet. Hotel staff is very competent and helpful. Overall, the cost/performance ratio is very good. I will go back to the Westin next time!!!

Arrived 4.30 am we had a room by 7am ( not 3pm) normal check-in, didn't have to sit around the pool for 8 hours. The quality of service was outstanding nobody could do enough for you without hesitation.
Sam the manager in the pool and beach area together with Joseph and Pravin Roy made our stay totally relaxing, thank you guys.
The pools and beach were so clean and tidy, the hotel itself exemplary, outstanding.
The restaurants are all top quality both service and the food. The choice of cuisines gave a very varied chioce of international eating,
I can thoroughly this hotel and will be going back soon.

Fine all rounder 5 Star hotel. Well designed neo-classical style building, housing great attentive staff. Large, thoughtfully designed rooms, many with proper balconies. Management intelligent across the board e.g. Tiered wi-fi, free for basic sensible usage and a scaled rate for heavy users. So no feeling of constantly being ripped off by your host - hooray. Very high standards maintained by staff and Security team.
Only negative is extraneous noise - thudding deep base from Barista night club/beach bar a kilometre away. Bliss at dawn though when only the birds and sea provide the soundscape.

Swimming pools were impressive especially the pool that runs from one side of the hotel to the other with 2 bars built within the pool; great idea! Beach facilities were very good including numerous visible lifeguards both on beach and by pools. However, shallow end of sea requires corals removed as there were quite a few! We were also very impressed by the Executive lounge facilities including its waiter service, breakfast and snacks available especially at the happy Hour which lasts for 2 hrs! Overall, a very pleasant and enjoying experience! Hopefully, we will return when we can afford it!

I would like to thank you for an excellent stay at your Dubai hotel. Your staff are incredibly attentive and actually seem to be happy with their work which really seems an odd thing to say but, as a frequent business traveler, is not always the case. Their enthusiasm equates to a great stay for your guests. In particular, your lovely Mexican lady at front of house whose name I have embarrassingly forgotten (huge apologies) but who made a really good hotel experience a great one by an upgrade to a suite, completely unprompted. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

First and foremost, the Westin staffs are amazing. All of them, regardless of where you are in the hotel. But especially the reception desk staff. I had several travel issues where I had to rearrange travel, extend my stay, expedia couldn't assist me, etc. But, the reception desk staff were extremely patient and accommodating. Everyone learns your name and anticipates your needs. It's great!
I've note stay at the Westin several times, and I won't stay anywhere else in Dubai. Last time I checked in, I was upgraded to a suite, which was a really nice surprise. Every moment is always enjoyable. The location is perfect too! Can't ask for anything more when you've got a few days to rest and relax in Dubai.

Fantastic hotel with a warm welcome!
Reception staff are helpful, polite and attentive. Hotel is spotless food is great with a very wide selection for breakfast, you name it, they have it. Pool and communal areas are very nice and tidy. The beach and sea front look out to Atlantis, also a great place to watch the sunset. Directly behide the beach you have some stunning views of the skyscrapers. It is also a good location for the marina and near by reataurants. A taxi jouney from here to most shopping malls is approx 40AED. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in 852 last Friday 13th Dec and unfortunately I notice an HSE issue in your facility.
Your shower room in our tiolet is so slippery as the tiles are so smooth that it's so slippery just putting a water on it and not to mention if there's a soap.
Me and my 4 year old son slip and Praise God no serious injurity happen or our head hit the floor.
Please do necessary action

I had a beautiful 5 days holiday in Dubai and this was mainly due to the excellent hotel and service of the staff that I received. They were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Nothing was a problem at all.
The hotel facilities and services was outstanding. The beach and pool area was clean and maintained to a very high standard. The availability of food and drink was excellent.
My room was superb and maintained over and above my expectations.
Nothing to fault at all. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Having stayed at this hotel twice before and found the service perfect we were surprised that the service wasn't as good particularly in housekeeping and the Blue Orange. On checking in the member of staff realised that there were three of us and asked if we wanted another bed put in to which we answered no just facilities for three ( towels, chair for the balcony, three dressing gowns) but on each visit we have had to ask for extra. This was very slow in coming three attemps to get everything. The service in the Blue Orange was sadly lacking especially at breakfast everyday we had to ask for teaspoons and sugar. Having said all this Hunters Restaraunt was fabulous the food superb and the service exemplary. All in all we had a fabulous time and would recommend this hotel.

The one thing that made my stay here one of the best in my years of business and leisure travel, was the service. No question, query or request was too much bother for the staff at the Westin. If a phone call could not fix the issue, then someone was sent to my room without delay to sort it.
From the driver who picked me up at the airport, to the Concierge, to the staff on the Executive floor (Lisa in particular), all were professional and courteous and service was always offered with a friendly smile. It was apparent that my comfort and satisfaction was of utmost importance to them.
I pre-booked a Spa package and that too did not disappoint. The ambience and pace was perfect and I left feeling pampered and thoroughly relaxed.
I will definitely return again later this year.

Normally I would not recomend returning to a hotel that kicked me out the night before I was to faciliate a meeting in the hotel, lost my shirt in the laundry, and charged me for cleaning... but I also would not have gone to the Westin Dubai unless I believed that you could accommodate me on short notice. This you did, and I am grateful. Also, your meeting facilitation services were excellent and my clients were well served. So while I lost my shirt staying at your hotel (literally), I would definately return.

The place to be for a relaxing weekend, the bed is fantastic, the room is spacious and the pool is the temperature you need to cool down from the heat of Dubai.
The food is delicious, everytime I stay I like to go to Bussola (italian) - must try! this time we also tried the steakhouse "Hunters" they got the order wrong at first however once you get the right order it is delish'
the only thing i would advise is to avoid having noisy work done during the weekend next to the Adult pool.

The hotel rooms and lobby good, beach and pool area weak for a 5 star hotel, but that is all nothing comparing to the service, the reception staff were good with duty manager and met my needs. The breakfast restaurant staff are very bad. They forget tea and coffee all the time, the walk straight into you without apologizing, the are really really bad. Its definitely the worst 5 star experience i had, its good i came just for 3 days, otherwise would change hotel.

The hotel has lovely facilities and is exceptionally well maintained, but the real attraction is the staff service quality levels. Taking a “Nothing is too much trouble” approach, to even the smallest enquiries, the staff will leave even the most difficult to please customers with a feeling that they have experienced something special. I didnt beleav this hotel in spg company:
1) a/c very noise and takes 2 days ti solve it
2) after 11 pm you should call the operator 3 or more times to get answer from him
3) in third night the hotel try fire alarm system and just send paper to room "we are sorry about that" i think it is not fair
4) no flexability in check out just one hour
5) not accept spg card
6) no disccount in spa and other facilites the hotel guest like any guest from outside

Great staff and wonderful rooms enabled me to work comfortably. View from room was outstanding. Had food at 2 restaurants and both were very good. Front desk and concergie help were also top notch as i had to change plans at last minute and check out for 1 day of four day stay. Only negative was lack of SPG point credit for such a pricey stay. Westin SPG should make sure that is clear to travel agents and people who expect to get that credit.

Greeted upon arrival with a refreshing towel and cool drink, our stay at the Westin Mina Seyahi got off to a great start and never let up. The pool and beach were immaculate and the service attentive. Dinner at the Spice Emporium was delicious and the chef s and staff accomodated all our special requests. The room was quiet and very well maintained, with a great layout and the always fantastic Heavenly Bed. Our second visit won't be our last!

Spent 11 nights here with my young family and friends and we had a wonderful time. I travel a considerable amount in my job and have to admit this is the first hotel I have come across where before, during and after the visit the hotel is in constant contact to ensure you are happy with their services and if they can help with anything. A refreshing change and definitely something I like. The staff are so attentive and always keen to help.

Wonderfully located, the Westin hotel is one of the hotels I will always remember in a positive way. The staff is amazingly welcoming and well trained. I did feel sort of pampered while staying in the hotel. The beach is really nice and well taken care of. The service on the beach is good and the cleanliness in all public areas is worth being mentioned.
The Italian restaurant in the hotel is an asset and a way to culinary spoil yourself.

This was our first time in Dubai and this hotel was chosen based on the excellent reviews it has been getting from other guests. Facilities are excellent, especially the pool area (with separate child and adult sections - huge plus) and the breakfast buffet has great selection and good quality. Service by the pool area was also quick and efficient.
We had a problem with our room on the first night, we had booked a room with a sea view and was given a room on ground level with no sea view (although facing the beach, but no view essentially). While a good room (especially if you have kids), it didn't meet our needs as we wanted the view. The staff at reception found us a new room on the next day with a fantastic view. Excellent customer service.
Will highly recommend this hotel to friends looking for a place to stay in Dubai and will definitely come back.

We have chosen this hotel for a forum that included very high-level attendants, some ranking as ministers. The hotel did its best to accommodate and facilitate to the requirements of our guests and to us as well. Although everything was perfect, the Cisco-type room phone sets are confusing and not easy to use. The hotel extended its most services in accommodation and hospitality to provide us with a wonderful experience!!
