The Westin Hotel is a Very Nice Clean Hotel that also is pet friendly. We stayed on the 6 th floor in a room with a King bed. The room was very clean and the linens were very clean and fresh and the bed very comfy. The little refrigerator doesn't really keep your beverages cold but cool. The bathroom is very spacious. Note here, be very careful wth the warm/ hot water temp as it will auto adjust on you while showering. I was showering when all of a sudden it went super HOT! Then went back then went COLD! Did this off and on the whole shower. Another issue is the walls are pretty thin as our last night there, apparently our neighbors were really "involved" most of the night early morning and being super exhausted from our baby girls wedding all that day and late evening, that's NOT what we needed to keep us up! I cannot believe with this being a nice hotel and expensive that the walls are so thin. We did tell the front desk at checkout but the attitude was so sorry for your luck! Was very care less of this! I have no idea how the rooms are on the pet floor. One thing I am very appreciative of they were very friendly upon check in to get us in a room on my daughters, the bides, room floor. Being her mom I really needed to be on the same floor as the morning of the wedding started super early! Also just a side note... There is an outdoor pool, to which I was able to look out at and didn't look really clean. The floor of the pool looked dirty especially around the drains. For the price, even though wedding discounted slightly, it was expensive per night. upon checking our reservations ahead of going and staying, we asked about staying one additional day and was told that it would cost us the regular charge to stay in the same room for one more additional night... WHY? They wouldn't have to change the sheets or clean the room.... Why not the same high discounted price??the reserionst stated that the discount was only for the night of the wedding and really couldn't give me a real reason why it would have to go up. After staying there, glad we didn't stay another day. One really good thing is that Publix and several restraunts and nail saloons are just across the street! There is also a convent bar/lounge on the first floor. Over all clean and nice but they really need to work on some issues for the price they ask for per night.

My brother booked us a two night stay as a surprise for my birthday because we loved the Westin and grew up staying there with our Dad.
Unfortunately, this location was seriously lacking and has very rude house keeping. They didn't have the champagne in our room as requested, the black plastic strip that goes under the door to keep sound and light out was broken and leaning against the wall.. Oh and the coffee maker had grounds in the water reservoir so couldn't use that.
On top of that, house keeping came in our room at 9am waking us up and then were very rude when I stepped out and made sure they didn't need something. While annoyed at being woken up so early we decided to leave because we felt like we were being pushed out early. A house keeper said, "Good day" to me and I simply said I wish it were and she proceeded to call me an A-hole. When they're the ones barging in on people super early like a cheap motel emptying rooms. The front desk didn't seem to care that she called me that and I didn't feel wanted there to say the least. I have contact customer care and they have yet to respond after 5 days.
Check out your other options in the area first until the Westin gets their rooms fixed and friendlier staff.

Not a single detail was overlooked when it came to the level of service provided from the staff here. Shortly after checking in the manager Jonathan called our room to ensure that it met our expectations and followed up to answer any questions we might have had. Will definitely stay here in the near future.

I stayed at the Westin in Lake Mary while driving through Florida. I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I had a great room which was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel's location is great because you can walk to nearby restaurants and there are plenty of options.
I would absolutely stay here again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Vinny7 Hotel Bed was Gross and the staff was Rude!
I stayed in the hotel for a couple of hours before lifting my sheets to lay down. When I did the bed had little black things all over it and it was disgusting! I immediately checked out of the hotel and did not want to argue with a manger for him to offer me another dirty room so I left and called to explain what happened. The manager never called me back and then when I called him back hours later he called me a liar. This ruined my 1st Anniversary and everything I had planned for the day and then they wouldn't even refund me even though I was only in the Gross room for a couple of hours. I would NEVER recommend this hotel or it's staff to anyone!

I recommend this hotel only if you are not staying on Club Level. Not worth paying extra for it. Room nice but light bulbs missing from lamps, phones not plugged in and couldn't find where to attach phone line on desk to be able to use it. Radio on end table didn't have a plug on it or at least we couldn't find one on it to plug into wall, only 2 creamers for room coffee pot for two guests although there are several paks of coffee for the room coffee pot. You might think the two creamers in the room wasn't important because you're on Club Level and can go to the Club Lounge to get more, however, that's another problem. It is definitely the most sparest Club Lounge, water, soda, coffee, tea, the evening appertisers is nothing but cocktail hot dogs, chicken nuggets, cheese, breakfast is cold cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, breads, butter, cream cheese, jelly, juice & fruit. Open from 7:30am-11:00 breakfast, evening tidbits 5:30pm-8:00. When it runs out it runs out even if it's 1/2 hour after opening never replenished. The tables are glass topped and streaked with previous guests usage, counter isn't cleaned up from spills until next day. Had to wait 30 minutes at breakfast for coffee and then only one small pot was brought in and poured into the larger coffee pot. You would think a coffee pot in the Club Lounge would be available at anytime, not here. Oh, there is a Kuerig pot set up all day & evening but if it's not during the breakfast or tidbit hours there's no coffee available to use in it and no creamers, milk or sugar available either. People were calling the front desk from the Club Lounge repeatedly advising them that there was no coffee, no hard boiled eggs, no water. Have never experienced this in any other Club Level Lounge. Couldn't believe that the cold drink refrig wasn't replenished from afternoon of one day until the next morning. Don't bother paying extra for Club Level here, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance that you can go to and enjoy breakfast or nice hor'duerves prior to dinner. Oh one other thing, Hotel says complimentary newspaper, well I asked for one to be delivered to my room for Sunday morning. Under my door Sunday morning was a newspaper that covered from Friday to Sunday. I checked into the Hotel on Friday and already knew what happened in the world Friday and Saturday. Also advertised pool was heated,no way. Free wi-fi to SPG members.

Nice, clean hotel. The room was comfortable and big enough. It only took a while before the water in the bathroom became warm. There were many extra's in the room and you could even rent sportclothes.
It was a pity that the pool was closed but they offered us a swimmingpool in an other hotel nearbye after asking for it. (It should have been nicer if they offered it by themselves.)
Breakfast wasn't great but opposite the hotel was a nice area with terraces and restaurants.
