The room was okay. Was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room and that the coffee maker was restricted to single cup service. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and yet you are nickel and dimed to death. Want internet? pay. want business services? pay. want to park? pay. I'd much rather have it all inclusive than this. wanted to print an attachment from email. $7.95 for a half hour when I only needed 5 min to open email and print. wasn't advised of parking fee when checking in. staff did comp second night but given the location, there's no where else to park. should be built in to cost in my mind. BIGGEST issue - Housekeeping seems to think that starting to clean at 7:00 a.m. and allowing doors to slam shut behind them is ok. I thought the first night it was just inconsiderate guests. second day, saw that wasn't the case. door was knocked on at 9 a.m. asking to clean. Checkout isn't until 12.. Freaking wait until 12 or at least close the doors quietly. People are still trying to sleep!

Everything was great about the stay, from the wonderful scent the moment you walk in the door, to the nice rooms, restaurants, and accomodating employees. Hotel caters well to children as well as business personnel. Johnny at the front desk was especially helpful accomodating.

Hotel is on a convenient locations but staff is at the reception not very hospitable.
Room is relatively small and lack amenities. N0 minibar, glasses or stationary.
Breakfast is served at 024 with only a very small menu and relatively expensive. Staff there is very friendly.

Can't say enough about this Westin property and its employees. From the van drivers to the bar and restaurant staff. Excellent service and friendliness. I will always look forward to returning!

It felt as if i was at home. the bed was so soft and cudly, I didnt want to get out off it. The comforter and pillows made me feel as if I were sleeping on clouds. In addition, there was total quietness and tranquility. I would definantly not hesitate to stay there again.

I know It was an extreme condition, but at Houston Salsa congress 2013, at end of each event, hundreds of people rushed to the 3 elevators. I needed to wait for 30 ~ 50 minutes to go to my room. I wanted the stair open for the guest room rather waiting for that long.

The room was fine but when we tried to order food in the 024 Bar we were informed that essentially everything on the menu was sold out. Then when we returned to our room and tried to order from the after hours room service menu, the only thing available was a salad.

I chose this property for Labor Day weekend 2011 and it was great! I think the only blemish was the restaurant at the time which only served Italian Cuisine. Room service was top notch and the rooms were luxurious. The pool, spa and fitness center were all fantastic!

This hotel is only a year old and the decor is beautiful. I stayed in the Pinnacle suite as well the Deluxe room and they were both great. Staff is really nice. My only gripe and if you call it a gripe, the club lounge is very very small compared to other Westins.

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Memorial City! Exceptionally clean and well laid-out. My daughters loved the pool on the 18th floor! We will stay here again--it is now our go-to hotel when we visit Houston.

The hotel was exceptional in every way. The customer service was outstanding, the hotol was easy to get around, food was great and the rooms were extremely clean. I will recommend this property to anyone I know planning a meeting in the Houston area.

I had won a raffle through work for a free night stay at the Westin valued @ $700.00. We were placed in a regular sized room on the executive floor. Can not believe that was the value of the raffle!!!!! Room was not ready yet when we arrived @ 6 pm!

The greeting and check-in personnel were excellent however I did not receive any room service for my overnight stay. Unfortunately I am not sure of the issue but the night auditor was contacted and was to present my concern to the manager.

I am not sure why but we stayed on the 12th floor and the whole floor smelled like fish the entire stay. The hotel was crowded and not sure if someone left something in the halls. We would run down the hall to avoid the smell! Otherwise good stay.

We spent two consecutive weekends at this property. Guest services was exceptional in accommodating our needs for connecting rooms for our family. From the car valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the club lounge. Great service!

The housekeeping service in this hotel is the worst i have experienced. I stayed for 9 days and there were 2 days the room was not cleaned att all. Drinking water not replenished, towels not changed, thrash not collected .....

I Love the Staff and this Hotel!!!! I stay here frequently and When they found out my Mother had passed away.. they treated me like family!!!!! Thank you all for EVERYTHING!!!!! The Room was GREAT and the service was GREATER!!!

Stayed in one of the penthouse suites near the top floor. The room was amazing the staff was amazing. I travel alot and this was the best stay I have ever had in a hotel.

It was a great weekend getaway. Loved the pool roof area. Relaxing with amazing views of Houston. Great place to watch sunsets and the sunrise. The staff was wonderful and location grat to the mall. Will do it again!

I stayed at the hotel so that I could be close to Memorial City hospital where my husband had surgery. The doc told me to be at the hospital for his 6am rounds on the day after surgery. I checked out of the hotel then exited via the skywalk to the hospital. I got quite a ways through until I got to a door that said that I needed a hotel key to get through. I walked back to the hotel and told them that I needed to get through. The security guard took me all the way back to the door and his key would not work either. At this point, I had wasted 10 minutes and only had 10 more minutes to get to the hospital. I asked the security guard if they had a shuttle bus and he said NO. We got back to the lobby where the manager told him to go get the shuttle bus and take me to the hospital. The security guard told me it should be interesting since he he had NEVER driven the bus. He took me to the hospital but by the time I got there, the doc had already been in. My husband couldn't remember what he said, though. My husband was on pain meds from the surgery. So, I spent $200 for no reason. I could have driven back home in The Woodlands and made it to the hospital in time to see the doc. Not a good experience to say the least when I was already beyond stressed out.

Hotel was neat, clean as were the rooms. Food was excellent. & the service. I have no compliant. I would recommend my friends & co-workers of the quality of the Westin Hotel.

The Westin is a lovely facility, and I found the hotel met most of my needs. The only complaint I have is that in wifi available in my room was not as good as it has been at other Starwood Hotels.

Our school had an event at this location and my husband and I stayed over the night after. Everyone was extremely helpful and the room was so comfortable. Highly Recommend.
