Rated 2 out of 5 by Unsatisfatory stay 2nd visit in 2 months time,No groom attendant upon arrival,had to call the concierge myself. No attending staff till reception,no towel refresh upon arrival,had to claim coktail to the barman,very low check in (stay 1 hour in the lobby with a baby) SPG member must not wait more than 5 min,move to my room (100 m from the lobby)alone in the hot/sunny weather ,no accompanied staff,buggy service very poor, took an AI package,but in all restaurant you are limited to certain amount,lack of staff in all areas in the hotel,the only positive is the quality of food and breakfast . Rated 5 out of 5 Hotel restaraunts My only suggestion is that the hotel could probably benefit from another restaurant,maybe a steak/grill house or fish restaurant. May I also say your poolside staff are the best I have met. These guys really are 6* January 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic stay at the Westin Mauritius Our stay was memorable, made all the more so by your friendly staff. Pamela in particular, in the Executive Lounge was absolutely fantastic. Even though we got caught in a stage 2 Cyclone warning, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, made us feel welcome and safe at all times. January 21, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent stay!!Recommended! Was not the best start (little confusion about my luggage) BUT the staffs did manage to buy themselves with a very dedicated and caring touch. The hotel itself is gorgeous, ideally located next to a marine park for snorkeling lovers like myself. Food, facilities and Spa are incredible. And the 2 pools...amazing! Tiny negative point: Please provide 3 pin electric sockets in all the rooms if you intend to provide electrical accessories with 3 pin plugs! But this is not what will stop you from having a great refreshing and relaxing time at Westin. Looking forward for my next stay. December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly and relaxed Recently visited for a much needed relaxing treat before starting a new job and found a great hotel with friendly and attentive staff. I returned home very refreshed and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing get away from it all. Thanks go in particular to the duty manager who was always on hand to ensure an enjoyable stay. Rated 5 out of 5 by We loved everything about this hotel We had a wonderful time at the Turtle Bay. All the staff were friendly and attentive and keen to meet all our needs. Nothing was too much trouble be it by the pool, in the restaurants or room service. The manager was charming and made sure that we had a really late check out as we had a night flight. The infinity pools were wonderful and I would especially recommend the beef carpaccio and the local cocktails. December 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful resort We stayed here for 2 weeks in November. We had previously stayed when it was a luxury Collection property and were a bit worried that a downgrade to a Westin would reflect on our overall enjoyment, however our fears were unfounded. The resort is truely beatiful, well priced and Starwood recognition is excellent for both Gold and Platinum members. A few glitches need ironing out, eg when we arrived late at night nobody put on the air conditioning prior to our arrival and we discovered at 3am it wasn't working. Staff did try to repair it but we were moved to an equally nice deluxe suite the following day. All staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Food was excellent, we were on half board which can be used at the main dining room for the buffet however a generous allowance was allocated to the other a la carte restaurants. The only thing we felt was that it would have been nice to have done a couple more beach barbecues. In the 14 nights we stayed there there was only one Lobster night. When the hotel was the Grand Mauritian I seem to recall they did beach barbecues around twice a week which just gives a bit more choice. We held a reservation for a few days at the St Regis but were so happy at the Westin we cancelled this (no reflection on the St Regis which looks gorgeous, just that we were happy to stay put - maybe next year...) Cannot recommend enough. December 4, 2014

Beautifully located on the beach. Great large luxurious rooms well scattered. great facilities and restaurants. overall a great great experience. September 19, 2014
