Rated 5 out of 5 by A safe bet A well run hotel in the heart of Hyderabad's hi-tech city. Staff very proactive and responsive to all requests (my luggage was lost on arrival hence I did require some extra assistance). Traveled on business but tacked on a weekend stay - spa services were up to industry standard expectations. Great food and bev variety (though note high wine tax in India). Hotel provides taxi services that may be pricier than competition but are most reliable. Felt welcome and super appreciated as a guest - will be back. December 28, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by overall bad experience I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. I visit hyderabad a lot, and am spending atleast 2 weeks a month in this city, and used to stay at this hotel but moved to the trident for a number of reasons. I decided to try Westin again but was seriously dissatisfied on all fronts: 1) room service: my orders were taking more than 45 minutes on average and had to chase several times. 2) room service again: presentation of the food was not up to the mark. I ordered a pasta arabiata, which was terrible to stat with but was also not served with the normal condiments of parmesan etc. 3) room service again: i ordered a glass of wine from the room service menu which was INR 1100 on the menu but when i was asked to sign the cheque i was charged INR 1600. I refused to sign the cheque, however when i checked out the next morning the bill was posted to my account as INR 1600. I then had t complain to have it removed at which point the difference was taken off. 4) Staff in general: i found the staff at the hotel very poorly trained, i had to explain myself several times for each order. 4) rooms: the hotel in general is in need of an upgrade and the rooms do not seem of the mark exoected. Rated 2 out of 5 by Very noisy room I have had multiple problems at the Hotel and some issues repeat even after giving specific instructions. I was at the level 12, during all my stay (+1week)) my room was noisy. The weekend I was working in my room, but a party was going on downstairs, kids where crying all the day, I had to put music in my room to cover this noise. The worst was during the night, I was hearing "boum, boum, boum" bass music coming from downstairs. I had called 2 times in the middle of the night to make this stop, the last time I asked someone to come in my room at 2am to observe the noise and take actions... By the way I was not comfortable with the smell of my room when I check in, they propose me another room that was better but still so so. I also had a bad experience in the restaurant, where dishes were served very slowly (1h30 to eat 2 things!) due too understaffed waitress trying to manage a group of people. Hopefully the buffet of this hotel is excellent November 25, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Execellent business hotel A haven in middle of the chaos of Hyderabad. Provides for all creature comfort and the staff will go out of the way to accommodate for your request. Front desk manager was always at hand to help. When the laundry was closed he made alternative arrangements. The spa is great but the layout is unwelcoming. The lobby bar is nice and staff is great. The SPG lounge has so much potential but the way its designed and lighting is setout, lacks any warmth or comfort, good for breakfast but definitely not an evening spot. November 23, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by Does not match up to the standards of a Westin property When i checked in to the hotel the key i was given did not work on the elevator. To top that no one even offered to help me with my bags. Once i reached the room i was expecting there to be at least a match box since i had requested for a smoking room. But nothing. You might think these are minute details but it is these little things which create an overall experience and separate Westin from a 3 star property. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and sticky. You would not walk bare foot in your room at all. The room service was the slowest room service i have experienced in the history of hotels, and this coming from someone who travels 20 days a month. Another peculiar thing was that the AC was shut down every night from 3:00Am to 7:00 Am, and when i informed the front desk about it they said no sir we don't do anything and refused to take any action. All in all it was a very bad experience and i for one will never be returning to Westin Hyderabad. September 14, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor attitude of restaurant staff Me and my friend (another platinum spg guest) were at the coffee house for breakfast. We werent attended to by any of the waiters even after asking for certain specific things. All this while the staff were going out of their way to attend to some foreigners. And this wasnt an issue of overcrowded restaurant as well. It was fairly empty, with hardly 20-30 guests having their breakfast. Appalling behavior to say the lease June 23, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic!!! Dear Westin Mindspace, I must congratulate the team at the Westin. The service and attention was impeccable. I would definitely stay here again given the chance and also recommend it to everyone who is heading to your city. All your team members went out of their way to make me comfortable and accommodated all my requirements. I must share this experience with fellow travellers, at check in the gentleman at the front office stated "You look like you like to stay fit, I have something for you." At first I did not quite understand what he meant till I went to the room and he had upgraded me to a room with an Elliptical machine. That was just fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing and throughly recommended! This is an amazing Hotel! I stayed here for a business trip for three weeks. The restaurants served outstanding food, the staff were courteous, friendly and very hospitable. The facilities were brilliant and more importantly, the room was so comfortable. I have recommended the Westin Hyderabad to all my colleagues travelling to Hyderabad. It is now our hotel of choice. I would throughly recommend the Westin for both business and personal trips and I look forward to visiting again. April 26, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great business hotel; average quality staff The hotel is conveniently located and room meets needs of a common business traveler. The "Kangan" restaurant food and service is very good, but the breakfast restaurant at lobby level is unsatisfactory. Do not expect any service from the staff -- especially if you are a typical business traveler who wants to grab a quick breakfast and get out. The servers take way too long to attend to you in case you need any assistance (coffee, eggs, etc.) April 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great People greater hosts I am a regular at Westin Hyderabad for last few years. So most front office staff know me by face and they are always cordial and helpful. But during my recent stay on 17th March 15, Security Manager Nizam helped us out by coordinating with the duty manager and getting my colleague a room in otherwise full hotel... In my book, this makes the Team at work extremely dependable.......... Differentiator of Westin Hyd are the people..... so helpful..... Great bunch... March 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by awesome experience I Stay here 3 times a year and its always a wonderful experience. The staff is attentive and helpful. This hotel also has the best place to eat in town..Kangan. If you eat here make sure you meet Subhasish, he is fantastic, remembers you if you visit more than once and knows what's good for you to eat. He picks out your meal and has never been wrong. Rated 5 out of 5 by Memorable stay at Westin Mindspace Hi , I would like to thank Shibil for quick reservation on 18th Nov afternoon , landed up hotel at 6PM , had njoyed special welcome drink , my room was very comfortable with pool view & nice garden . Njoyed my few drinks at Mist wid lovely music & decor . I had my special Dinner at Kanghan which is exotic resturant at Hyderabad for Indian cuisine . Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent Westin, poor fitness center Overall, this is a nice Westin. It doesn't stand out among others, but it is comparable. Pros: Space is nice, up-to-date, and comfortable. Cons: workout room on ground floor was not in good repair. I was there for 4 days, 1 treadmill had note about fixing it, the whole time. In addition, 2 more treadmills did not keep time or pace accurately. Room service left used dishes in hallway on 20th floor over 24 hours. Wednesday, early evening. a room near mine put their used roomservice dishes in the hallway for pickup. There numerous hotel choices, yet Wesin does not continue to improve it's level of service in areas such as cleanliness of fitness centers and room service. November 15, 2014

This happened 3 times The Rooms are not clean. There was a layer of dust on the bed when I checked in and that was shown to the duty manager Platinum member are not treated well as compared to ITC hotels October 13, 2014
