I was recently in Lima on business and had the good fortune to stay at this excellent hotel. The staff was friendly, outgoing, and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. The breakfast buffet had many great choices including lots of fresh fruit. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The Westin is truly an oasis in a bustling city. Of particular note, I had free time on the last day of my trip and SPG Concierge DIego Vivanco went above and beyond with helping me plan out an afternoon of sightseeing and culinary exploits. Thank you!

The hotel provided superb facilities and service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The views of the city were stunning. As tourists, we received excellent recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing from the concierge, namely Steven Cieza. He was courteous and extremely helpful! Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I go to Lima twice a month for business, and I have to say I always enjoy my stays at the Westin. The service is outstanding, there is a very good restaurant in the hotel (Maras), a nice gym and a great pool.
The staff, specially at the executive lounge, always exceed my expectations, and the platinum SPG status always gets me a very nice upgrade to their great rooms.

This Westin is a great venue in Lima Peru!
Chef Wilfred, from Malaysia, defines a perfect fusion cuisine , the lychee creme' brule was to die for. 29TH floor club was very well staffed, the view of the city and Pacific were wonderful. The room was spacious and luxurious , Spa and Westin Fitness great. Look forward to my next visit

I would like to recommend Hector (apologies but I don't remember his last name) a receptionist who made my life easier in everything I needed from maps to money exchange and also recommendation about what to do in teh city.
I hope Hector will be taken into account in any new consideration for promotion or improvement in the hotel.

I have stayed in many good hotels, but what makes the difference in Westin is the staff, everyone is nice and helpful. This is very important when you are living in an hotel for long periods, such as me.

Great property. Simply beautiful!
Lovely rooms with great views. The management team has clearly taken the time to train the entire team. From the Concierge, Front desk, Housekeeping, Executive Club….everyone we encountered appeared to really like their job and was very efficient. The Hotel Team set your hotel apart and made our stay extra special.

The staff at this hotel are so polite and helpful, way above most other hotels. The Executive club service was outstanding. We were greeted by name everytime we enterted the lounge. Milagros, Jhuliana and Emerson provided excellent service. Rodrigo, my wife is now a Pisco Sour convert thanks to your skill in making them. Two very pleasant surprises, we asked about local restaurants and by the time we returned to our room, there was a letter from the concierge with their recommendations. My wife mentioned she liked freah fruit, again when she returned to our room there was a plate of fruit! Thanks to all the staff for one of the best Starwood stays we have ever experienced.

We had just come back from the Inca trail and it was so nice to stay at the Westin. The rooms were amazing, the Heavenly shower was exactly that, and the staff was extremely helpful. We had two friends that needed to keep their bags in our room for the afternoon before their evening flights, and the hotel was extremely accommodating of all of our needs, especially by giving us late checkout and still allowing us to work out and shower in the spa (which was excellent by the way) before our flight. Great breakfast, and great recommendations of things to do. The staff was extremely helpful, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to ever return to Lima. Thank you Westin Lima!

Upon checkin my SPG status was immediately recognized and I was given a Suite upgrade without having to ask. I love when hotels take the time (especially on personal vacations) to leave a card and a custom treat for platinum guests welcoming our arrival upon entering the room. It doesn't take much effort in my opinion to do this and it goes a long way from my perspective as a guest.
The room, lounge, spa, and lobby were all beautiful and very modern. Next time I am in Lima I will stay here again without hesitation.

I wish Starwoods worldwide were as consistent as the ones in Peru. Received emails before our stay asking for any special requests. As platinum, I asked for a suite upgrade and a late checkout. On arrival, was given an executive suite, access to club, welcome amenity, and late checkout. All of this while there was an international political summit being held in Lima and the Westin was crawling with diplomats and armed body guards. After a week of "slumming it" in the sacred valley, this place was a fantastic change of pace.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the professional team at the front desk we knew we were in for a treat. The hotel is a tower with beautiful designs, great views , but most important exceptional service from everyone on staff. Bravo!

A very nice hotel and the staff and restaurants are top-notch. But from a business traveler perspective the gym absolutely needs to be improved. Not enough machines or variety of machines (particularly elliptical machines, of which there are only two and always a line for). There is a whole separate studio room that is (as far as I can tell) rarely used.

This hotel is SPETACULAR!
ALL the Staff members, from the doormen to the executive lounge staff, they are VERY kind and respectful. I haven' seen such a great staff, service and installations (Spa, restaurants, etc) elsewhere as the Westin in Lima have. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great food as well.

To stay at Westin Lima it's like to be at home, they have an excellent staff, rooms, swiming pool, spa, etc.
I have to travel by work, and honestly this hotel makes me fell closer to my home.
Without any doubt I recommend this hotel!!!

The location, in San Isidro, is a good starting point to go everywhere in town. New and clean, with a friendly and efficient staff.and a great lounge as well as the Spa.
