Room was terrific and food good. One dish was not what we expected and staff made us a different salad. However, what made our stay outstanding was the service we received from Paola in the Business Center. For some strange reason we could never figure out, we could not print our boarding passes for a flight out the next day on July 9 and Paola went above and beyond to help us. After we left to get some sleep (we were getting up at 3 AM the next day) Paola kept trying until she went off duty at 11 to get us those passes. When she could not get them, she left a message under our door with that information. Please let her know there was absolutely NO problems getting the boarding pass once we reached the airport and we had wonderful service from American from then on. Just wanted you to know that Paola's extra efforts were much appreciated in a very frustrating situation. Please thank her for us. We stayed four nights ot the Westin Lima Hotel. We found the staff incredibly consistent in their genuine concern for us -- from the welcoming front staff to the security people to the Concierage, Reception, Executive Club, Housekeeping staff. Incredible. Our room was terrific: well appointed, an abundant 110 volt outlets, nice large shower/tub/toilet areas.
Only challenge was Spa as few speak English and they completely mis-understood our reservation for spa services. And while they were unable to deliver what was confirmed in writing (English), they did make good with building most all of the elements.
We travel frequently and around the world and this hotel's staff unified approach to customer service is among the finest hotels we've stayed in (including Four Seasons, Peninsula)! And to have so many speak English and be willing to go the extra mile was extraordinary.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Westin Lima has an excellent customer service, high quality food and beverages, very comfortable rooms with attention to detail in rooms and facilities.

I found excellent customer service, happy people and great food at Maras restaurant. As soon as you open the hotel doors you can feel a particularly delicious and relaxing smell. VIP lounge is very comfy and they have a very great gym and Spa

For business purposes, I've been traveling to Peru for the last 15 years, and this time I booked the Westin, which is by now the best hotel experience.
