Rated 5 out of 5 by Great experience I came here twice for business trip. I caught the midnight flight and everything is well organized from picking me up at the airport. My room was upgraded to executive suite and room was amazing. All staff were really nice. Specially Kartik ashar and all staff in executive lounge. Kartik arranged my 2nd stay after 5 days very well and also the chef arranged noodle for me. Highly recommended and if I am visiting Mumbai again I am definitely staying again September 15, 2016

She is proactive and cares for my well being. For example, she sent for medication without me asking and requested for food to be delivered to my room. She always greets me and have a chat to make sure my experience is always positive and that I'm enjoying my stay. Great job Sonal! September 11, 2016

He was attentive, very polite and had a great deal of attention to details. Always prompt to attend to my requests. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Customer Service It is with great pleasure that I write to applaud your Guest Relations Manager - Ms Reshma Godbole & her team for the great service I received. I accidentally damaged my shoes during my stay. Went to the concierge to enquire about cobbler service and was attended by Ms Reshma. Sensing my urgency & predicament as it was my only pair of working shoes at the time, she immediately provided solutions. She called the carpentry department to ask if they can assist, enquired the nearby mall for repair shop which was none. Taking ownership, she assured me the shoe will be fixed by that evening. Her resourcefulness & confidence in handling the matter puts me at ease. To my surprise, my shoe was fixed and waiting outside my room merely 2hrs later! I was absolutely astonished & impressed! Ms Reshma & her colleagues have definitely saved my day! I am looking forward to my future stay and can always trust that with such valuable staff like Ms Reshma and her team, Westin Mumbai Garden City will definitely live up to its reputation and wish it all the very best in its future endeavors. Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Room but check in / out process slow I traveled with my colleague to Mumbai from Hong Kong. I have ordered the 1 pick up service from Airport to Hotel, However, the hotel sent 2 cars and counted me 2 pick up services. The staffs at the lobby offered me a very warm welcome. But the check-in took a bit too long for us, more than 20 mins. The upgraded room for me was excellent. That's nice and big, most importantly it's clean. The breakfast was very nice! Check-out service was slow too. The bill was mixed up with my colleague's room. I think that need to be improved to prevent wasting time of the waiting guess. February 21, 2016
