This was by far the best Westin property I've stayed at. I've stayed at several around the U.S., and I suppose the standards are lower back home.
The staff is amazing, they will walk you to the door, always smiling, with genuine smiles. Everything from checkin process down to the checkout process was seamless and without a hitch.
The only single complaint I have is that my family had accompanied me for part of my stay. We enjoyed the evening appetizers, sweets, and drinks. On the 4th night, the club manager out of the blue told us that children are not allowed during that time because of alcohol being served. What? Really? They serve alcohol at restaurants. Most absurd thing I heard. And he saw us every night. Very odd. Otherwise, rest of the staff was amazing. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether business or family or leisure travel. It's nice and quite away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Just returned from my 4th stay at this hotel. Excellent position very close to the Exhibition Center, but not too close to the main city center.
Being an SPG elite status, I was once again upgraded to a suite, which is just perfect. Large living area, and what can you say about the "Westin Heavenly Bed", except that its just Heavanly.
Staff are very professional, not intrusive, but are there when needed.
The Spa itself deserves top marks. Absolutely Heavenly again. Very well equipped gym, and pool area.
Definitely return.

I stayed at the Westin Garden City Mumbai for weeks in 2012 and the hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The staff was very helpful and courteous, they made me feel special. I love the food at the Westin Mumbai, being a vegetarian I was thrilled to get so many choices and what more the Chefs in the kitchen were kind enough to adhere to my special requests. I loved staying there and would always recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Mumbai.

They upgraded me to a large suite with floor to roof windows, best views of Mumbai. The suite was the largest I have seen at any Westins, huge sectonal sofa, dining area, seperate bedroom and large bathroom as big as a normal large hotel room.
I still can not believe how well the suite was laid out, and I will be forever amazed at the room and Service offered.

I ended up staying here after I missed my connection from Jaipur to Frankfurt. Literally left alone in Mumbai with nothing more than a piece of carry-on luggage, I grabbed my SPG app and booked the first hotel in the list.
From the moment I arrived, I could not have been treated with more respect and friendliness. I was quite stressed out, but your staff did just about everything to make me feel at ease. They immediately came up with all sorts of solutions: not only offering express laundry service, but even providing me with underwear and a t-shirt to sleep in the meanwhile. Others were trying to contact the airline in order to get my suitcase delivered to the hotel.
When I cut myself with a quite nasty razor cut that didn't stop bleeding, instead of a band-aid they sent someone to disinfect the wound, apply a bandage, actually paying more attention than you normally get in an average hospital.
During the two days I stayed, it seemed that everyone was aware of the luggage situation: even in the restaurant I was addressed by name and asked whether things were okay now.
I think it is a challenge for every hotel to be friendly and informal, yet at the same time remain discrete and professional. This hotel's staff did exactly that.
The whole experience exceeded all expectations, even for a five star hotel.

Dear Westin Manager,
I would like to bring to your notice certain basic facilities that staff needs to take care of. I stayed at Westin on 24th & 25th March and the internet on 25th night was extremely bad. I called 4 times and I was promised that someone from technical team is coming to assist me, unfortunately no one came and the staff didn't even inform. I had to resort to using internet on phone to make sure my work is not affected. It would be good if guest is helped when needed.
