my family and i planned this vacation back in January of this year, we booked 2 lanai style rooms next to each other and recieved confirmation about our reservation, we then call ed 2 days prior to arriving and confirmed our reservation. the lady once again from the hotel confirmed that our lanai rooms will be ready. we went to check in and they gave our rooms away and told us sorry hotel policies let us overbook your room. never going back and im a starwoods member. i am also going to email corporate!!!!!!

1) had to call 3x to get room cleaned 2) this is a beach resort hotel--"express customer care representative" had no clue whether the hotel offered beach chairs or I would have to rent and had a negative attitude when the question was asked 3) when checking in front desk representative refused and to check my SPG account to determine if I was entitiled to an upgrade and in fact laughed at me I am SPG platinum and would never stay at this hotel again

One of the best outside ocean view restaurant in the area. Had a relaxing night sitting at the outside bar and enjoyed a great steak!!! The people watching was fun yet not the crazy young scene you see down the street.

Staff was concerned about getting people in and out. I did not see the normal customer service that I expect from Westin SPG... Ask to speak with the general manager at one point and was told he was not available to speak with guests. Shocked by this comment. Front desk staff member actually hung up on me once while I was asking a question.

I flew in from Canada to Ft Lauderdale for 2 nights, stayed here again, have been at this Hotel a handful of times in the past 2 months, as soon as i entered in too the lobby they recognized me by my name, and greeted me so special with such a nice smile, checked in and got an upgrade to an ocean view room on top floor, room was very nice as always, will be coming back very shortly. The staff are so friendly and nice to all guest.

There is nothing more to say, than go on... Take a chance on this place, totally meet expectations as. It's short to say its a great place from top to bottom. Valet to rooftop. Will definitely stay here next year.

子供に対応したプール、3階の連絡通路を通ってビーチに行けるアクセス（道路を横断する危険がない）など、子連れで滞在するには最適です。アウトレットにも近く、ホテルから近くにスーパーマーケットやレストランも充実していて、ゆっくりするにはマイアミよりも快適です。
