I had a great weekend stay at Westin, courtesy of GM Mr. David Cuddon, Suzy Hu at Frontdesk and Witi Wang from Customer Service. The upgrade to a Deluxe Suite with a panoramic view of fireworks at 840pm had exceeded my expectations. Westin is located integrated to a mall for shopping and dining, and to MTR train station@WOC with local attractions of theme parks, all within walking distance. The dining choices range from the hotel grill bar to familiar choices such as Starbucks etc at the mall.
I like the very upbeat deco. Bose sound system, in-room foot massage gadgets etc. Superb understated attentive services at the executive lounge where the food resulted in a last minute cancellation of dinner at another fanciful restaurant in my plan. There was Interesting mixture of curries, and English high tea spread.
Good stay for business and weekend and recommended for staying at the suites.

I'm a global traveler and have been for many years. I rank the Westin Nanshan as one of my favorite properties around the world. However particularly in the region they serve, they are way ahead of the competition. In areas such as cleanliness, amenities, food quality, room functionality, and above all staff friendliness, training, and service, I always know that I'm going to enjoy my stay. I'm a picky person, and this is one place that has always met my expectations and exceeded them. While I'm a business traveler, the proximity to the family enjoyment would also make it a great vacation destination.

Generally speaking, the hotel is good for the name of Westin. The staffs there are very professional and willing to provide help to guests. The only thing need to complain is the room condition is not good enough. The room is not so clean and I can smell the wet from the air conditioner. And the bed and pillow is also not so clean.

As a business traveler, I didn't expect much to offer from hotel. All I needed was a comfortable room to stay and to sleep.
During this stay, I was told the gym offers yoga class for hotel guests so I attended the class.
Surprisingly, the class was beyond my expectation. The instructor was great and experienced. Really patient and pay much attention to a new comer in the class, which was me, and also made me feel so comfortable during the class and relaxed after class.
This yoga class made my ordinary business trip interesting and fun. I will def choose Westin again, because of the yoga class, when I have chance to visit SZ.

Staffs are friendly and always welcome guests with great manner and smiling face.
Room (and the outside view facing Window of the World) is very pleasant, as well as the gym and dining experience.
The only challenge I have had in the morning is always the same as what happened in the past few stays, which is lining up to get a cab to town is taking up some time however it is not causing too much problem in general.

Hotel is clean and modern and the rooms are well equipped and comfortable.
The executive lounge is one of the better lounges I have ever experienced with SPG. The evening hors d'oeuvres are excellent, with good selection and well prepared - if fact good enough for a full evening meal. The staff are very polite and attentive, addressed me by name, and always had my early grey tea ready!

Rated 5 out of 5 by IkeM Hotel has the most and best caring staff, starting from top management and trickling down.
Anytime I arrive at Westin Shenzhen hotel, I feel the care and warmth of staff hospitality from the moment I step out of the car. General Manager and the Front office manager walking shaking hands with guests and ask if they can do anything to make their stay more comfortable and enjoyable sets a precedence for other hotel staffs to follow, which they do. Congratulations!!!
