As all my previous stay in this Hotel, it's just perfect.
This hotel has great, competent and friendly staffs.
The Executive lounge is very good and has also a very good staff always available.

I've been staying in Westin Nanshan for more than 3 years, the hotel is nice, most of the staffs are friendly and professional which make me feel like home. Particularly I would like to thank Lynn and the staffs at the executive lounge, The only drawback is the service of some staffs at the Grange Grill did not make me feel very comfortable.

The Westin Nanshan is the place to stay for business travel in Shenzhen. The staff perfectly understands customer service.
The rooms are very comfortable, and the central location allows easy access to all areas of Shenzhen by car or metro.

I have spent 75 nights in Starwood properties this year. I have to say I look forword to visiting the Westin Shenzhen Nanshan. The atmosphere is amazing, the people and wonderful and the amenities have capture business.
All epxeriences are as polite as they are wonderful. From Check in to check out all of my expectations were exceeded.
The staff gets 2 thumbs up!!!

Because I travel 90% of the time, my #1 "requirement" is that the Staff is friendly, and that the hotel feels as much like "home" as possible- the Westin Nanshan is that and MORE. Not only are they engaging, they anticipate needs very well. The rooms are great and clean. The only (minor) negative is that the WiFi can be a tad spotty in the rooms, but they also have cable, so that helps.
