Surprisingly NO "comment survey" email gotten from my stay back In March 24 and April 13. However, I have suggested to your staff at lounge on 23rd floor for a stool to be provided to your remarkable staff at the gym/pool instead standing up on a low position desk ......
Also, I was surprised to have to call up your hotel to inform for a group of guests smoking at your lobby escalator areas.... even close circuit cameras are all over for your security team monitoring. However, action was taken in a short while which butts were cleaned up from the disposal bins. Also to my query was why a disposal bin with "ashes" disposal is positioned at escalator areas instead a large NON-smoking sign should be there !

Rated 4 out of 5 by Monkey0000 Staff UNFRIENDLY! Poor Attitude!
I don't want to recommend this hotel because some of the staff were really unfriendly and unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested the rooms in advance but when we arrived, the rooms were not prepared. The front desk lady told me this was due to the holiday season, for me, this is not a reason but excuse! She didn't give me any good assistance but a bad temper! Can't believe this is Westin employee! And on the second day I can't enter my room while I have already paid the deposit on my arrival.
- Parking service is poor; Staff not helpful!
+ I would recommend this hotel's location; the beds are comfortable;

It's just to my expectation as Westin, yet no surprise. Room has some lake view. The dinner buffet is a little disappointing as I got to the restaurant late. Not much choice left. Staff at the bar are nice.

Was here to visit old friends and the Executive Suite and Executive Lounge was very nice. The Suite had a great view of the Xuanwu Lake while the Executive Lounge had a partial view like the normal rooms.
As usual, the nearby Metro station was very convenient to move around the city.

For those with a preference for high-rise hotels and marvellous views, this is the place to go in Nanjing. The common spaces and rooms are very modern and well-maintained, views of the lake from higher floors are gorgeous, while the rooms themselves are what you'd typically expect from an Asian Westin. I was positively surprised by the quality and variety of food in hotel restaurants, and the lobby bar is a great place to have a drink in the evening, especially if the skies are clear. I will definitely return on my next visit to Nanjing.

I was very impressed by the overall friendliness of the staff. Each staff we had contact with was very friendly and very helpful.
Early check-in was not a problem and Platinum upgrade to an Executive Suite was immediately offered. Our suite was very comfortable and with a nice view of Xuanwu Lake. The hotel is located right next to Xuanwu Lake and downtown and other sightseeing are easily reachable by bus and metro.
The room does not offer a lot but sufficient number of power outlets, even for UK/Hong Kong plugs.
The Lounge offers a good selection of foods, but happy hour (dinner) finishes at 7:30 pm or so and after that no more food and no alcoholic drinks are available.However, the Lounge is still open after the happy hour and non-alcoholic beverages are available.
The breakfast at the restaurant on Lobby level offers a good variety of Western and Asian food.
