Excellent service during a recent stay at the Westin Ningbo. I have stayed at a lot of Starwood properties throughout the world, including several in China, but the staff at the Westin Ningbo really make this hotel shine. Everyone from the front door to the restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Above and beyond excellent service especially from the Manager and staff of the Seasons Taste restaurant.

Made another stay at Ningbo this passed weekend, and Westin Ningbo made sure this is a special one. Simon and Jack on the concierge team are amazing in setting up pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport and helping me make restaurant reservations around Ningbo and taxi rides. Carol on the hostess team made me feel very welcomed. Fannie and Dancer make eating at the Chinese Restaurant a joy. Especially Fannie who is excellent in making sure the guest feels at home, and make people feel like they are getting VIP treatment. If anybody in the future are looking to eat at the Chinese Restaurant in Westin Ningbo, make sure to ask for Fannie.
Overall, the location, service, and room comfort make this the top hotel in Ningbo.

wow nice room with good location with good service and good staff , the front disk are very kind food very nice open buffet in breakfast and dinner fast check in and check out

Overall very good experience, the hotel is well maintained.
Only thing not satisfying is their room availability time. I checked in at 6pm but only 2 out of 4 rooms are ready. We had to stay in friends' room until after dinner.

I have personally stayed at this hotel numerous times during my business trips, and I can say this is by far the best hotel in Ningbo (I have tried Sheraton and other 5-star hotels in Ningbo.) The staff is very friendly, and while English is a challenged for some, but that doesn't stop their attempt to make the best effort to treat you good. Also, the Chinese restaurant serves great Chinese food. The breakfast buffet is limited as it seems to be tailor more to the native-Chinese selections, and the Japanese restaurant is limited too, but across from the hotel TianYi Square has plenty of decent restaurants. Room is always clean and anything else you need you just phone them and they'll send someone to bring it to you promptly, and they follow it up with phone call to make sure you get them in a timely fashion. Over the course of my stay I have made a few friends there and that just made the experience much better. You just have to be a little patient with their English, which I admit, is a problem for some staff. Finally, if I have one beef, the swimming pool is kind of small and if one or two people are in it then it really minimize the enjoyment of swimming...

This hotel was recently completed so the facilities are new and the rooms are great, but what sets them apart is their customer service. I've stayed at this property multiple times and have had a great experience on each occasion. They always go above and beyond to ensure my stay is comfortable and are always willing to help with administrative tasks like arranging cars and mailing items.

Been going to Ningbo for years - staying at HJP - I now have a new 'home' in Ningbo...
This hotel has it all -
1. Central location
2. BRILLIANT team - obviously very well trained, good English, motivated, happy and helpful. From the Driveway, to Front-Desk, F&B and Housekeeping - an absolute pleasure to interact with!!
3, Rooms are new, so no surprises these are great.
4. Ate at Seasonal Tastes (main restaurant/coffee-shop) 3 times - food presentation, quality and taste were OUTSTANDING. And the team was again a highlight.
This is a world-class hotel - from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Sounds like I'm on their payroll, but I'm just a (fussy) guest... :-)
Only problem is that word will undoubtedly spread fast and their rates will hike... But I'll be back... No matter the rate... ;-)

Nice hotel with a great a great executive lounge and breakfast.
We had a little issue with check-in, but Guest Services Manager Amos quickly solved all of our problems and made sure we were comfortable. He even dropped by in the executive lounge to make sure all of our needs were being met.
Will definitely stay here again when in Ningbo.
