Family Plan Policy

Children under 12 years of age sleep free in existing bedding. Double-Double Room: the resort accepts 2 adults and 2 children in existing bedding as long as the children are under 12 years of age. King Room:  the resort accepts 2 adults plus 1 child in existing bedding as long as the child is under 12 years of age. In order to have 2 adults plus 2 children, an extra bed is required and fees apply.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Experience My family and I stayed at the Westin in Nusa Dua last week. It was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage and an immaculate bathroom. The pool/beach area were beautiful and very well maintained. I used the spa twice where I had a Balinese Massage (by April) which was very relaxing. The staff were all amazing too from the moment we were picked up from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait to stay there again. August 13, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Meant for children. Not adults. The resort itself is beautiful with very well kept grounds and really nice updated rooms. However, the only time I would EVER return is if I were traveling with children. This is not a resort for adult travelers without kids. From sunrise to sunset, there is a constant flow of children screaming all around. Don't expect quiet time near the pool, beach or anywhere else. Even during a trip to the spa, there was construction going on and hammering echoed in the treatment room. June 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The staff makes a difference The hotel style is no completely my taste and even though it has been renovated over time, you still see the old features. However, the nice little things make a true difference here. Staff is truly forthcoming and goes out of its way to help (not always successful but sometimes it is the gesture that counts). I received an upgrade and a late check out in busy season, which made my late flight bearable. Also, the afternoon tea is really a special treat. Go to the Westin if you just want to relax and desire an all-inclusive treatment. April 27, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Ever If your contemplating staying at the Westin Nusa Dua, do not hesitate. From the rooms to the resort facilities and the welcoming hospitable staff on hand to assist your every need. Food and Beverage are what you would expect to pay in a resort of this quality. we always felt comfortable and safe at the resort the meals were outstanding in quiality and size. Had an awesome time and if I was back in Bali this is where I would stay again. THANK YOU Westin March 26, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good Enough But Improvement Opportunity Prevailed I am delight with my current stay in Westin Nusa Dua which has improved their service. Overall service is good enough but I believe there is room for improvement. I am displease with the Housekeeping cause they do not refill all the ammenities on the room which is in hotel industry is a compulsory. One night when I need a cotton buds, I could not find it on hotel ammenities which is a normal standard ammenities. This is an improvement opportunity. I did not like being blown directly by Air Condition on my head or my face, which the current desain of AC in Westin Nusa Dua will cause the wind directly blow to your face or head. I believe Westin could improve it further by reallocating or redesign the room. I also found the AC Control did not work so though you want to increase the temperature on your room, you will not be able to do it as the AC will be set back to 22C. October 18, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by First trip to Bali and and first time we have stayed at the Westin. Wonderful from the moment you step out of yor car. The staff are able to handle any question/ problem that you have with utmost care.The room was like home,so comfortable. The restaurants, how can breakfast be improved when its already heavenly? Dinner by the beach is wonderful watching the sunset. The two pools are good to get lost in. Good area to totally relax away from the mad crowd of kuta and seminyak May 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nothing short of brilliant I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a One bedroom suite which is an amazing suite with a living area with bedroom and shower. What is more amazing is the staff's attentiveness. Imagine I'd go for breakfast and return in 45minutes only to find my room has been cleaned up and all amenities replaced. I'd go out for an hour to come back and realize they topped up my water. After having afternoon tea for a day, the next day they remembered my room number and encouraged me to try a different tea. I was spoilt silly by the crew and their attention to details. Well done Westin! April 14, 2014

We have just returned from thoroughly enjoying 12 wonderful nights at the Westin .This was not the first time we have stayed there. We were treated so well, we did not want to leave. The staff from the time you enter the air conditioned foyer(yes, only hotel in Bali with AC in foyer) to the time of your departure are ALL courteous, smiling and cannot do enough to make your stay a very memorable one. The facilities, the food, the environment were awesome, but the best of all were the staffs, never met these friendly and nice team anywhere. Two thumbs up!. Too bad we can't use all the facilities provided, but one thing for sure we will stay at this perfect resort again. December 21, 2013

Nothing was ever a problem and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We look forward to our next stay and would highly recommend to anyone that this resort has everything including a super organised kids club. Rated 3 out of 5 by Room facility and beach I was staying in new wing of Westin Nusa Dua. Shower not equipped with rubber mate and very slippery. This can expose Westin to huge personal liabilities if customer slipped. Rubber mate should always be provided / warn of the slippery floor. I was almost being chased out again on the beach side. My family from 3 rooms was using a gazebo on the beach. There was no sign that we need to make prior booking / payment. When we ordered food, we were also not notified tht we required to pre-booked gazebo. After the food came and we ate half way, we were asked by the staff if we hv reserved the gazebo. There was still empty gazebo on the beach and no one waiting for gazebo. Westin ND should think if they prefer to earn Rp 100k / day from gazebo or make profit from food ? If Westin ND prefer to earn Rp 100k / day from gazebo, at least show the sign on the beach or on the gazebo. This was the 2nd time that we have been treated this way. Can Westin ND educate the individual / dept that made this rule ? January 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is all about the guests. Reviewing any hotel is subjective as we all well know, (one mans meat is another mans poison). What we found with the Westin was that apart from the generally great attention to detail, when there was any concern from the guest a satisfactory solution was found and implemented. All the staff from Management down to the gardeners are so friendly and helpful. January 5, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Web Site of this hotel is missleading to say the least! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and have no children then this is not a hotel for you. If however you do have children then make sure they are potty trained and not in nappies or they cannot play in the children’s area. The web site of this hotel is very misleading on this subject. Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice luxury resort with friendly helpful staff Westin Nusa Dua certainly met expectations. The resort has wonderful pools, beach area and great breakfast. There's a lot of activities for children and a really nice heavenly spa. Staff at the resort especially concierge staff are really friendly and helpful. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Bali since I come here annual and the service and facilities in Westin is very good even better than the more expensive sister hotel W Hotel in Seminyak. Only one small gripe - beach day beds cannot be used unless a fee is paid. This is a shame - the daybeds are not utilised at all and virtually empty. These should be standard and available to guests especially guests who have paid for a premium room. April 7, 2014

I feel safe and never have to worry about that all important security personal and property. I will be bring my grandchildren to this wonderful part of the world for all important social development and growth. May 4, 2014

Our hostess Tika did a wonderful job to ensure that our room met our needs and continued to follow up throughout our stay. Rated 5 out of 5 by Family friendly Our two bedroom suite made this the best holiday experience we have ever had. We felt well rested and had plenty of room for all the family to enjoy some space and for the kids to play. The facilities in the hotel were second to none and both adults and kids were made to feel welcome. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. March 4, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENTS BREAKFAST WAS NOT COMPLIMENTARY FOR PLATINUM MEMBERS AND NO LOUNGE FACILITIES. OFFERS BY SPG HOTELS SEEMS TO BE FRAGMENTED AND INCONSISTENT. THE SHUTTLE BUS FROM HOTEL TO BALI COLLECTION WAS VERY OLD, NO SEAT BELTS , NO AIR CONDITIOINING AND PASSENGERS HAD TO CLIMB OUT THE BUS. Rooms were very comfortable and the meals at the hotel were sensational. Breakfast was awesome. We had a wonderful time and would fully recommend staying here. When ever I walked past a member of staff every single one acknowledged me with a smile and said hello and how are you? A very nice welcoming touch. Your staff were fantastic and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.Nothing was too much trouble for them. The buffet breakfast was a highlight. Your head chef, Ewald, is a star. Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice hotel, but isolated and expensive A very nice, upscale hotel. We enjoyed our stay there very much. I understand the hotel is always looking to improve, so here are some suggestions: 1. The food and alcohol are way overpriced. You would sell much more by lowering your prices. Charging $14 for a mixed drink (that was not even that good) at the pool bar is outrageous. Not to mention the 21% tax and gratuity that is automatically added to everything. 2. The morning breakfast at the restaurant should offer al la carte, not just an expensive buffet. Give people options and choices, customers like that. 3. The hotel should keep local touts and people trying to sell you crap off their beach. Nothing worse than paying a lot of money to lay on the beach and have people constantly bugging you about buying stuff. 4. There should be brochures in the lobby promoting local tour companies and drivers. I felt that the hotel wants to keep you isolated and ignorant to the good deals, offers and prices outside the gated community. October 8, 2012

Attention to detail is second to none, I can't wait to come back. There is no need to leave the resort, everything you require is at your fingertips. It is truly an amazing place. June 4, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5 by Westin Bali Nusa Dua Disappointed with the service and room despite the high expectations. Found a lizard scurrying around the room. Aircon broke down at 10pm. Took an hour for the service repair before finally changing rooms at 11pm. Very inconvenient as my 2 children were already asleep. June 10, 2013

The guys at Service Express are also superb. I highly recommend Westin and looking forward to stay here in the near future. August 29, 2012
