Family Plan Policy

Children under 12 years of age sleep free in existing bedding. Double-Double Room: the resort accepts 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age in existing bedding. King Room:  the resort accepts 2 adults plus 1 child under 12 years of age in existing bedding. In order to have 2 adults plus 2 children, an extra bed is required and fees apply.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent service! Sincere and prompt service. Beautiful resort. Only thing that could be improved was the hygiene during breakfast at Capsicum. Lots of flies hovering over the utensils and food stations. Great stay overall! May 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by good kids club I choose the hotel because of the kids club, since I was traveling alone with my dauther. Nice service and activities for kids. I tried the SPA and was very good. Very bad internet connections in the bedroom. The room wasn't too clean, and the Veranda restaurant wasn't too good either. The pool bar that sells ice cream was nice, but the guy that seems in charge, was really rude and lucked of respect. overall ok stay. August 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent family friendly Nusa Dua Bali resort We were here on a family trip to for over a week - besides an incredible Bali experience, the resort was awesome - pool, SPA, wonderful and friendly staff, the GM was there to meet us, staff did a wonderful job at check in, during the stay, good onsite restaurants, got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite courtesy my ambassador, loved the area, beach, beachwalk, food - everything was good, highly recommended in Bali. Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff need to improve - unresponsive to customers Great location but far from the level of service you receive at other Westin properties. The bar near the beach needs more staff and supplies (they kept running out of the basics) some guests had to wait 20 minutes for bar service. In addition the staff looking after the AV equipment for our conference did not seem to know how the equipment worked and there were constant issues with sound and video. October 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very relaxing stay Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in a family room. Fantastic beach front cabana's. Nice beach. Good meals in all the restaurants. Disappointed with details of what was included in price: prices approximate, what was included not clear, some basics not inlcuded, quoted in one currency have to pay in another. Worked with staff to resolve issues but these are hassles which distract from a great holiday. April 7, 2013

We enjoyed our breakfast throughout our 1-week stay, particularly the attentive services provided for special dietary requirements for my kids -- special thanks to Ravi, the head chef, Made and his colleagues. I have no worries bringing my kids along for holiday as long as I am staying at the Westin hotel chains. November 27, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel has beautiful grounds/surroundings The layout of the Hotel is excellent, grounds are stunnings, restaurants options are very good and the food wonderful....the beach in front of the Hotel was clean well matained by the Hotel staff.. The staff very friendly and accommodating without being obvious...all activities were well organised and the Spa Centre was beautiful. All in all, an excellent choice of place to stay. Very Happy... Rated 5 out of 5 by A totally enjoyable experience! Our first visit to Bali & we were totally pleased with our visit. Great service, friendly staff, excellent food and a very safe environment. The grandchildren had a fantastic time at the pool & restaurants. We planned a number of events through the concierge service (volcano trip, shopping for silver jewelry, water snorkeling & island boat trip). Totally satisfied & would definitely revisit. The hotel creates a perfect balance between the needs of all people, keeping the kids happy, but with lots of comfort for the parents. The staff were really standout, keeping the place very clean and very friendly, always remembering our names and our preferences. In particular the staff in Ikan restaurant, so friendly! Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing holiday The rooms are upgraded, but does not look new. Perhaps it was the use of refurbished old furniture? Main disappointment - inflexibility by the hotel's F&B outlets. We brought back a 3kg tuna from a fishing trip that day and wanted the restaurant (Ikan) to clean and prepare it for us. We were told that we had to pay IDR350,000/person (about USD30) x 3 persons. For this amount, we were told that we will also receive "rice, sambal, condiments and cold water". I found that really incredible and ridiculous. When I asked the hotel staff of they would pay this price themselves, they were silent. Just for comparison, Ikan charges about USD15 for 180g grilled tuna steak. And here,we are providing the tuna ourselves. While I understand that there should be a preparation and cooking fee for the fish we brought in, based on our stay at another 5-star American beach resort, we feel that we should only charged fairly for the cooking fee (about USD25). We also ordered other food and beverage from that restaurant to more than compensate for their willingness to accommodate. In wanting to charge us this amount multiplied by three, that is really too much. How many guests does the hotel have who bring in fish from a fishing trip? How far will Westin go to make their guests feel welcomed and happy? Because of Ikan's high charges, we decided to give away the tuna, and my son was deprived of tasting the fish he had caught. That was very disappointing for him and us. I was also looking forward to the famous Heavenly Bed. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it 6. We had bad pillows - one foam pillow we had was lumpy and unusable. In terms of F&B - cocktails at the poolside bar were expensive and diluted. Teppanyaki at Hamabe was just average - food was not really tasty. We have tasted much better teppanyaki in other hotels. As for the beach and pool area - it is too crowded. All the deck chairs / sun-beds are too close to one another. Feels like a public beach rather than a 5-star hotel beachfront. Also, please make wifi free in the guest rooms. Making guests pay extra for this essential service is like paying for the use of the bathroom. And to take it one step further, it is downright inhospitable to immediately disable usage of the lobby's free wifi when a guest checks out. Guests often are waiting for their transport in the lobby, Free wifi should not be just for hotel guests. Lastly, why should there be a charge for use of the tennis courts? The facility is already built. This should also be free. All in all, we won't be staying at the Westin Nusa Dua again. We did not feel welcomed, nor that our business was valued. It is over-priced and over-rated. Westin, it is time to look around at your competitors and know what they are doing to make their guests happy. Train your staff better and empower them to make decisions that make sense, not just blindly follow badly-conceived policies. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 5 star service Every one was very friendly except pool bar I wanted to order a cocktail and the staff at the pool bar didn't want to accommodate my needs as I was able to obtain the same cocktail I requested at the beachside bar! He seemed lazy and had no guests at the pool bar all day as I noticed no one was going there for drinks at all!!! Apart from that everyone and everything else was first class March 6, 2013

Right from the start we experienced the warm and friendly welcome and service of your house. The awesome food, the very comfortable rooms and the recently opened Heavenly Spa made our stay a real pleasure. We will highly recommend your house and plan to be back next year. April 1, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Family Hotel. Despite a couple of minor issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the service at the Westin. Fantastic place for families with children. The dining, spa facilities and shops are not what you call budget but you are getting a convenient service. The food at all the restaurants was spectacular and the staff are above and beyond friendly and helpful. Service is always with a smile. January 19, 2013

No other resort hotel has the relaxing atmosphere, amentities so close to everything and the beach on your door step. Staff are wonderful and most have worked for Westin for many years. Pool and the beach are awesome, especially beach with great views and can see sunrise if wake up early enough. Fitness center and the pool table can use some upgrade. The pool table is especially worn out. The fitness center is a bit small given that it is a huge resort. Not enough machines and can get crowded in the morning. September 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is an excellent hotel My wife and I stayed in Westin when we were in Bali to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was an all-round outstanding experience. We enjoyed special attention from the staff, especially Ayu, who went all out to ensure that we had a memorable and special time. Indeed, the facilities were outstanding, the room was well furnished, and we felt totally relaxed and pampered. December 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Clean but room was quite small In general, it was alright. Concierge and all staff are friendly. Room condition was clean, too. We had buffet breakfast for 5 days, but it was noisy and crowded all the time. Also, room condition was good but quite small. I'm planning to go to Nusa Dua again, and I will stay another place. Good for family but not good for couples, I guess. ;) March 5, 2014

The people in the front desk, coffee shop and house keeping were really consistently providing extraordinary service level during our 6 days stay. Our thumbs up to Mr Mataram, service officer at coffee shop. His genuine, service and professionalism are really beyond expectation and standard!! October 23, 2012

The comfortable room enabled me to have a good rest every night. The highlight here was lunching at the Ikan restaurant next to the beach --- good food with a fantastic view! They recommended this hotel and now we know why! Never did we meet the combination of hospitality, facilities, lay-out, friendlyness and all the other things you want to encounter during your holidays. We went home with a very pleasant experience. While playing in water slide, my son hit another child playing in front of water slide. This should have been avoided if the staff noticed before letting my son to slide. 2.No free wifi except the lounge area. June 24, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by This Westin has fabulous facilities Great location on nice beach. Plenty of pools and waterslide for children. Beautiful gardens and pool areas kept immaculate. Choice of restaurants but some a little pricey. Great buffet breakfast which is highly recommended. Friendly staff. Only downside was deluxe rooms have a tiny balcony so we moved to a terrace room with a patio so we could sit outside. November 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by this hotel is very recommended it was a pleasant stay in this hotel. my 3 children loved staying here. the staffs were very nice and helpful. the only thing was that i noticed ants in the bathroom were easily came out when there was spill of juice or ants were on my children clothing since there was spill if juice. but anyway, i'd like to come back again soon. thank you westin.
