Thanks for your greetings. i have already checked in today.
I have some complaints as i walked in the room, I immediately felt that the floor was not well cleaned. I cannot torelate it, so i cleaned the floor myself and found that the floor mat is very dirty. the foto are attached for your consideration and proper actions pls. Quite disappointed though.

Absolutely wonderful way to start our holiday in Bali. Our room was beautiful, easy access to the beach & the kindness of the staff made this a memorable stay. The only thing we noticed was that the pricing of the food was at least double the costs of other locations we visited in Bali. From turndown service, to the waitresses to teh garden crew staff, each greeted us with a warm smile & their kindness was contagious. We will happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Bali.

My stay at the westin nusa dua with my partner was the best holiday I've ever had! From the staff efficiency, care and friendliness to the fantastic food, facilities and location, everything from start to finish was perfection. I surprised my partner with an anniversary dinner on the beach which I organised with the food and beverage manager prior to our visit and they even arranged special anniversary cake and flowers and a card in our room which was so thoughtful and beautiful I was lost for words. Breakfast buffet every morning was outstanding, with any food you can think of available, and delicious! We had lunch and cocktails by the pool most days and dinner at Ikan resteraunt most nights which was always wonderful. I found the prices reasonable in reflection of the hotel and the service/quality. The staff really were the icing on the cake for us. Every day they were lovely, so genuinely friendly and helpful in every way. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and while it is always good to come home, we are already missing our breakfast crepes and lunch time dips in the pool.

1- Booked on-line at Westin web-site a Room with Garden view and in New Renovated building , were assigned a room on 5 th floor with an EXTRA 3 rd Bed. We were on our Honey moon, so not sure , how Westin team placed a 3 rd Bed for a child !!
2- Duty manager had a conversation & resolved the problem , after 1 hour , we came to Westin Nusa Dua for 16 hours only, so it was not a productive use of our time !! or waste of time would be appropraite .

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers recently spent 10 fantastic nights at this superb resort In a family suite. Suite was more than comfortable, rooms a generous size and the bathrooms seemed new and modern - if you had small children though i think the layout of the two rooms and adjoining family room could be annoying - it was fine for us with two teenagers gave us all our own space. The breakfast was fantastic - catered for everyone from a huge array of juice choices, 2 egg stations, fresh fruit etc etc. one of the best we have seen . The pool was beautiful - it is quite deep but has 3 sets of long steps to sit on and a ledge the whole way around the edge of the pool to stand on. Beautiful pool, pool lounges, shade, and fantastic waiting staff to assist with all your food and drink requirements. The beach is beautiful, and clean, there are bikes to hire to ride along the front pathway ( which we did a couple of times) and table tennis to play. We dined at Ikan on the beachfront a couple of times and it was great food, as was the Indian served At the Verandah. It is a beautiful resort with great friendly staff , and we enjoyed our stay. Two negatives , one being the prepaid wifi only allowed for 3 devices ( we are a family of 4!) and the price of cocktails at $15 each was a little steep. But overall its a great resort and we forward to returning again in the future .

This is our second stay at the Westin Hotel in Nusa Dua. We were so impressed with the Westin Hotel in Dec 2011 that the seed was planted to celebrate and renew our Wedding Vows at the hotel on the 1st May 2013. Our 10 day stay at the Westin has sadly come to an end but the friendships and memories that were created will be cherished and last a life time.
We were greeted at the Hotel with some familiar faces. Our three children were whisked away to the children’s area where they were given gifts and entertained while we checked in. Our adjoining rooms were perfect. Our children enjoyed the pool facilities and the many activities offered at the Kids Club. The Hotel is in close proximity to The Nusa Dua markets and Bali Collection, which we walked to daily.
The selection offered at the buffet breakfast every morning at Capsicum Café is enormous and caters to all tastes. The staff at the Hotel’s eateries, Capsicum Café, Ikan Restaurant and Bar, The Veranda, Kites and By The Water are friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed three themed dinners during our stay put on by the Hotel.
Our son was taken by surprise on his 11th Birthday when the staff at the Capsicum Café came out carrying a cake (baked just for him) and sang him Happy Birthday. The look on his face was priceless.
Our Wedding Anniversary and Vow Renewal were lovely and will be etched into our memories for ever. We were pampered at the hairdressers, enjoyed our massage at the Westin Spa and had a romantic Dinner Date on the beach whilst our children enjoyed their movie night put on by the Kids Club. Our evening was topped off by a specially made wedding cake which we cut and shared with our children.
We have found that the staff at the Westin are very welcoming, they make you feel at home and part of the family. We have formed a special bond with Westin Hotel and its staff, our children are now planning our next holiday there.
