Rated 5 out of 5 by Impressing Service I must say that I was impressed by the service at my latest stay at the Xiamen Westin Hotel. The hotel pick up service informed me about the delay of my connecting fligth from Beijing to Xiamen at the arrival of my overseas flight to Beijing. So I could react promptly. What also impressed me was that after my last visit I filled in the hotels feed-back survey where I was very positive and included some tips for improvements. I got the feeling that the feed-back was really acknowledged and taken care of and I got a thank you letter and some fruits sent to my room. Those small actions showed to me that the Managment and staff are doing an effort in making the customer feel he/she is well taken care of. Needless to say that the stay was excellent. I can see this is a strong and a dedicated team working doing all they can to satisfy the customer. August 22, 2013

This is one of the leading hotels of the world - great management team and staff especially Joao, Julian and the staff at the Club Floor and Front Desk. They make you feel welcome and special. Rated 5 out of 5 by Dont Miss This Hotel in Xiamen The hotel was very convenient for the airport. The pick up service was excellent, and the girls look stunning dressed in horse riding outfits. The hotel standard was excellent, the rooms were well equipped and great attention to detail. The executive lounge was very comfortable, and the view at night great. The staff were more than helpful, and showed initiative. Will definately come back January 9, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff did not prevent customers smoking at indoor swimming pool I am a platium spg member and stayed at spg hotels all over the world. Westin Xiamen is one of the newer hotels in Xiamen and has very good amenities. However, the staff is not properly trained to deal with unacceptable customer behaviors. For the quality at other Westin hotels, I was very disappointed with Xiamen Westin. I went swimming in the afternoon and found 4 people smoking at the pool, which was indoor with minimal air circulation. The staff did not promptly handle this problem as I noticed the party smoked at least 2 cigarettes each before staff finally intervened. The indoor pool had a number of family and kids and were all inhaling second hand smoke. I was trying to swim but I had to leave after 15 mins due to the unhealthy air quality. I notified the Xiamen Westin management but was not satisfied with their response. Prior to this experience, I was happy with their service and amenities. June 22, 2013

The Staff is very professional and supported me perfectly when I had a problem to solve and where very friendly. The two restaurants I visited, the QBA ands Zen5es, offer great food and service aswell. I can recommend this hotel in every sense and will come back when I'm coming to Xiamen. November 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Compliment for Westin Xiamen Executive Club staffs I would like to share my wonderful experience to my ambassador Emily and hotel management to express my compliment to all staffs of The Westin Xiamen Executive Club(WEC). Angela Lv always knew guest’s preference and her iconic smile left us a deep impression. It is worth mentioning that Anna Yang gave me a surprise when I checked in yesterday. She gave me a cup of iced latte and made my day since I just told her my hobby a couple weeks ago but she kept in mind. A further small detail is that iced latte with brown sugar water instead of syrup(out of stock). So smart a girl! I also need to thanks Yolana Wang even though she resigned several days ago. The lounge manager Jacky Wang and his teams bring us high standards and personalized service that you maybe never experienced. By the way, I want to have a bit comment for a lobby front desk staff. As far as I know, WEC staffs are professionally elite team with at least one foreign language skill and serve guests who have the executive benefit. We do not expect every staffs are as good enough as their WEC colleagues. But it is some terrible that he do not have full knowledge about spg membership system and remove my spg information after I checked in. We appreciate GSM Gino Huang solve this small issue in a short time. As a regular guest of The Westin Xiamen, I may share my special experience and some feedback with hotel guest experience team and hotel management. Thanks again for WEC staffs, See you next time in lounge. I also will recommend Westin Xiamen hotels to my friends without any reservation and hesitation. I always am surprised by their service and attitude. You hardly see people showed authentic smiles here in China. I now have seen lots from their team. Great leadership played significant role !! Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Service and Nice Hotel This is my first stay at Xiamen Westin Hotel. Although, the hotel is Cat 3 of SPG rating. However, the service and staff knowledge are definitely Cat 7 level. I will definitely stay at this hotel for my future visits in Xiamen. March 3, 2013
