Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Customer Service This was one of the better experiences I have had recently. Upon arrival, the staff recognized my platinum status and upgraded me to a huge corner suite. As usual it was excellent and quite clean. I had coughed at the check-in and was immediately asked if I was feeling sick. When I said yes, the attendant said they would send someone up immediately with a variety of cold medication choices to help me get a good nights rest. Not more than 5 minutes after unpacking my bags, the Nyquil and Tylenol PM arrived. There's nothing worse than traveling for work and feeling like garbage. The staff treated me like I was a member of the family and took care of me. I couldn't have been happier. December 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay at the Westin Phoenix We had a group of about 20 of us that booked into the hotel for 4-5 nights and the staff were amazing! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. We used one of the meeting rooms as a prep area for some client meetings we were having and had no problems when we ran late or had to make changes. Our whole team was "wowed" by the experience. Several nights we ate at the restaurant while working and the staff there were friendly too. The Pork Chop was a recommendation well placed! Nice! Thanks Westin! September 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE THIS PLACE! Wow, was I impressed with this hotel. Very stylish architecture and design. Lobby is great. My suite was awesome! Bathroom was HUGE with stand alone tub in the corner and huge walk in shower with both wall shower heads and rain shower head. Bedroom was also very large and incredible comfortable. My only "meh" is the pool is dinky. But what are you going to do. September 12, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Anniversary Celebration I hadn't been to downtown Phx for about 10 years. Last time I was there the local shopping area was Copper Square (now Arizona Center). I chose the Westin because I wanted some place nice with a view for an overnight anniversary stay. We were greeted warmly and the concierge upgraded our room when she heard it was our anniversary. We spent a lot of time in our lovely room looking out the window at the city lights. The staff were personable and one member of the staff got to know us well enough to recommend a place we would enjoy for breakfast within walking distance (Phx Public Market - funky, fun and good food.) Lovely room and bathroom, great views, terrific staff. When I return to Phx, this is where i'll stay. January 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful New Property I must confess that I know nothing of the area surrounding this hotel, but the property itself is excellent. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient and the rooms are great, With the corner suites really enabling me to relax after a long day of work on the road this has fast become my first pick of properties in the Phoenix Metro. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Hotel - but a few minor issues Stayed platinum got upgraded to an awesome corner suite. Great staff. Food at restaurant is only average, pool on roof is nice but its not much bigger than a bathtub! Bar service slow but overall a great hotel. Phoenix itself is very dull though so plan on driving to Scotsdale or Tempe for something to do and nightlife, etc... November 2, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Blown Away by this Hotel Quite possibly one of the best services that I've received in a hotel. Prior to arrival, they actually sent a personalized email asking for some information about our stay. They mentioned something about welcome drinks at the bar, which we declined because we're expecting our first baby. They actually went out of their way to send us up a non-alcoholic bottle of cider along with some delicious sweet treats. This was a tremendously personalized touch. Also, as platinum, we were upgraded to an incredible suite with access to the platinum lounge, which, I might add, has excellent hot food in the morning, along with snacks in the evening. The room was massive, the furniture was stunningly designed, and everything about this stay was incredible. The one issue I experienced here was the slowness of the hotel's Internet speed. Considering this was a stay during one of their least busiest seasons, I was discouraged by the slow speeds. However, the hotel was very responsive to this, and helped me to sort out an alternative solution so that I could get my work done. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Absolutely five stars all the way around! August 30, 2014
