Rated 4 out of 5 by Review for Westin Downtown Phoenix My partner and I were able to stay at this Westin for a significant reduced rate. The hotel, bar, restaurant, and room are lovely. Large room, great views, excellent staff, and bar. We were disappointed in the small size of the pool since it is very difficult to swim laps. Otherwise, it was a great experience at an awesome price and downtown location. February 25, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Customer Service This was one of the better experiences I have had recently. Upon arrival, the staff recognized my platinum status and upgraded me to a huge corner suite. As usual it was excellent and quite clean. I had coughed at the check-in and was immediately asked if I was feeling sick. When I said yes, the attendant said they would send someone up immediately with a variety of cold medication choices to help me get a good nights rest. Not more than 5 minutes after unpacking my bags, the Nyquil and Tylenol PM arrived. There's nothing worse than traveling for work and feeling like garbage. The staff treated me like I was a member of the family and took care of me. I couldn't have been happier. December 5, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Anniversary Celebration I hadn't been to downtown Phx for about 10 years. Last time I was there the local shopping area was Copper Square (now Arizona Center). I chose the Westin because I wanted some place nice with a view for an overnight anniversary stay. We were greeted warmly and the concierge upgraded our room when she heard it was our anniversary. We spent a lot of time in our lovely room looking out the window at the city lights. The staff were personable and one member of the staff got to know us well enough to recommend a place we would enjoy for breakfast within walking distance (Phx Public Market - funky, fun and good food.) Lovely room and bathroom, great views, terrific staff. When I return to Phx, this is where i'll stay. January 22, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful New Property I must confess that I know nothing of the area surrounding this hotel, but the property itself is excellent. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient and the rooms are great, With the corner suites really enabling me to relax after a long day of work on the road this has fast become my first pick of properties in the Phoenix Metro. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Hotel - but a few minor issues Stayed platinum got upgraded to an awesome corner suite. Great staff. Food at restaurant is only average, pool on roof is nice but its not much bigger than a bathtub! Bar service slow but overall a great hotel. Phoenix itself is very dull though so plan on driving to Scotsdale or Tempe for something to do and nightlife, etc... November 2, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect Service Experience The staff executed flawlessly. Top notch Starwood service - well beyond the typical Westin service level. November 8, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Weekend My wife and I recently stayed at this property for a weekend after a conference in Scottsdale. I have to say that it is second to none. We were greeted by a very friendly and informative staff, I was upgraded to the 18th floor via gold status, I asked for an additional upgrade to the corner suite with the bathtub (Pay for the upgrade, you wont be dissapointed) I also had access to the club floor on the 11th floor. The view from the 18th floor is just beautiful, the city and desert and lights at night, Wow. The attendent in the club floor lounge was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. One note is the resturant Province was not exactly what I expected flavor wise, but the service was still good. I would stay here any time I went to Phoenix. February 20, 2012
