Rated 1 out of 5 by worst Starwood hotel in the world No standard service procedure at all - 1. Two sets of room linen provided for 3 people (room reservation made for 3 people 2 weeks ahead). Happened in August 15 upon arrival. 2. No cooperation between departments - Front desk promised to change a room to higher floor, away from a close rooftop easily access to our balcony. But the housekeeping ladies kept asking through telephone when can they clean up the room. 4 times in the afternoon for the same question!!! (August 16) 3. No plate, knife and napkin in the room. When I called to ask for them and explained the purpose was to cut an orange, a boy from the restaurant sent to my room a knife with napkins without a plate. Without plate I had to cut the orange on the table!!! (Evening of August 17) 4. The bellboy recommended me a taxi driver charged unreasonably higher than what I had agreed and drove very fast on the road which made me almost nausea and felt dangerous. (The morning of August 18) 5. The hotel lift did not work for a whole afternoon in August 17. 6. A showerhead in the bathtub was broken after the housekeeping lady's cleaning. the Manager on Duty called us to compensate with 1500 RMB for something we never even touched it. His reason was when we checked in, everything should be in good condition as hotel standard and the housekeeping maid would not tell lies. (August 19) 7. Restaurant for breakfast - obviously lack of manpower. Nobody asked for tea or coffee, nobody put paper tissue on the table as standard set up for all mornings from August 16 to 19 we stayed so far. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for skiing or excursions to Changbaishan I would choose this Hotel if points and cash or SPG points are available. Otherwise the cash rates tent to be too high for my liking and are no way good value for the money. SPG recognition extended is great. Staff are helpful and management is accessible and personable. It be good if Wanda would understand that good offers can fill up a Hotel and generate good profit. Thumbs up t the Hotel team that tries hard to do their best. January 31, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by 糟糕的体验! 很不愉快的一次体验!从预订开始酒店的套餐就让人十分疑惑,需要预先打款才能享受到优惠的雪乡套餐,十分的不便利。 到达酒店后前台的服务人员态度很是糟糕,说话基本爱理不理,让人印象不太好。同时到达前台的人较多,前台工作效率也令人不太满意,等了30分钟以上。 房间总体不错,然而下水道居然反水!厕所里一直弥漫着一股臭味。 酒店的送餐非常难吃,分量也很少,点了一份云吞面送来的却是荠菜饺子配清水面。 非常糟糕的一次体验,以后应该不会再光顾这家酒店了。 February 20, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by 威斯汀装修要更精致 长白山也就住了三晚,喜来登一晚,两晚住在威斯汀。就想两家酒店均体验一番。威斯汀装修要更精致,特别套房的客厅是用原木贴墙,万达是花了成本的,给住客更觉得长白山林海的原汁原味,当然价位也比隔壁喜来登略高。 两家酒店管理人员是同一拨人,门童从喜来登客房帮我们拿行李,熟门熟路就送到了威斯汀入住的客房。 除了健身中心和泳池放在威斯汀,两家酒店也么什么太大区别。 January 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by 硬件出色 旺季入住,酒店很繁忙,到店第一时间没有找到我的订单,很纳闷,入住时间很长。对会员不错,房间的硬件设施也很出色,而且有酒廊,有简单的饮品,挺满足的。餐厅早餐也不错。真正需要提升的是服务,遇到各种问题,感觉员工的质量有点参差不齐。希望下次去能提高。 September 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by 有待完善的软件服务 五星级酒店应有的硬件设施令人满意,但是在服务理念上要有再培训的需要。 酒店设施固然重要,但是如何让这些设施提升满意度是所有酒店员工必须共同完成的。 酒店客房是本次入住最大的遗憾,角落随处可见的灰尘,床上用品的污渍都是不应有的现象,希望在下次入住时可以看见你们的改变。 August 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 这家酒店环境很舒适 大家好!我是于2014.7.10—13入住豪华套间. 下面说说我的感受吧: 房间的装修真得很好!床睡得很舒服!枕头也很好(本人对枕头很挑剔的哟);灯光很柔和;一切都那么美好! 服务很好耶很快!我叫过2次服务维修:一次是电子体重秤没电了,还有一次是保险柜电池没电了,维修人员5分钟就上来更换了.这点给赞 但美中不足:窗户竟然有道裂纹..唉!有点破坏了整个房间的质量和顾客心中的形象. July 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 大山中的精品酒店 周六下午入住酒店,前台的工作人员很不错态度很好,但酒店服务也存在一些问题: 1 并未能做好向导工作,酒店处于大山之中,酒店应该做好宾客的向导工作,前台与礼宾部门应该普及下周边道路的相关规划。有客户咨询道路情况时应提供导航服务。 2 早餐相对单调 3 前台服务人员与度假服务中心并未对酒店提供的度假相关服务进行完整介绍,在入住的最后一天才知道原来酒店提供高尔夫球、穿梭巴士、高山缆车等服务。 June 3, 2014
