My first impression was how clean & organized the hotel was upon entering. We were greeted at check-in by William who was absolutely fantastic! He was so friendly & helpful with details of the hotel & all the amenities. I travel frequently & to me, the first contact at a hotel can set the tone for the entire stay & we were quite impressed with William. The hotel rooms were super quiet , clean & comfortable. Good price point for quality of hotel.

Stayed for an event at the BJCC, loved the hotel room and the staff. The young lady at the front desk, Vanessa, was particularly friendly and polite as we checked in/out. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean (beds are super plush, too, with two down comforters on each bed!) Ups for actually having a mini-fridge and not having to pay extra for it! There's also a sky bridge directly to the convention center, which we appreciated for sure. 10/10, would recommend!

I arrived without a reservation and my name already on a wait list right in the middle of our surprise snow storm. Dustin Defnall, the front desk manager, worked diligently to find rooms for many unexpected guests in a hotel already fully booked. He graciously and selflessly offered up his own room so that I could have a place to stay the night. My night at the Westin (despite the circumstances) was very positive and well remembered experience. The desk staff even charged my cell phone on multiple occasions to help. Thank you Dustin, for being selfless, generous and the friendly professional you are! Karishma Mahtani was also extremely helpful and kind! The entire staff is to be highly commended.

I arrived with no reservation right in the middle of our surprise snow storm. The valets helped with parking as well as assisted me so I wouldn't slip on the ice. The Pub staff provided excellent service and delicious food. Security brought blankets to keep us warm while we waited in the lobby. Dustin Defnall, the front desk manager, worked diligently to secure rooms for his many unexpected guests in a hotel already fully booked. Strangers became fast friends who gladly shared rooms as they became available. Our night at the Westin turned a time of uncertainty into a positive and well remembered experience. Thank you Dustin, for being the caring, friendly professional you are. The entire staff is to be highly commended.

Excellent hotel, when we first entered our room it was obvious that someone had smoked in the room before us. The staff quickly found us another room of equal or better amenities and the rest of the stay was great. Good beds, good pillows, low noise, fast elevators, overall great. English PUB downstairs had great food.

Great customer service! Great attention to detail. The in-room dining was wonderful. What made it fall short of a perfect 5 was that even though they knew we were arriving with two pets they only had a bowl for one and the mat where the food was to be placed was dilapidated. But frankly, in time, I'm certain that they will implement solutions such that they can preempt any needs of their guests. The bonus? The facility is beautiful!
