Amazing stay at the new Westin Cleveland Downtown. We arrived in the evening and there were no longer king deluxe rooms available so we were quickly upgraded without request. All staff are friendly and very attentive. This hotel is in a great location and walking distance to museums, restaurants and entertainment.

beautifully renovated hotel in an excellent location. Bathroom tiles reminded me of Lisbon. Loads of electric outlets and great lighting in the rooms. Club lounge had good breakfast and snacks.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding except parking. $30 for valet parking I thought was kind of steep. All the staff I encountered were so helpful. Great place to stay!!!

We stayed at this westin on our way back from visiting relatives from Michigan for 2 nights. The hotel has just recently opened and the decor is very stylish. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bed is extremely inviting after a long drive. We had 2 rooms, one facing the lake and the other to the city. The room with the lake view is fantastic. The club lounge is onthe top 2 floors facing the lake so it has a great view, especially during sunset. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. The food for breakfast at the lounge is good. The location of the hotel is grest if you want to visit the science center and the rock and roll hall of frame. It is also within walking distance to the lake cruise. The only thing from preventing me from giving it a 5 star is that it does not have a pool since I have 2 boys who didn't have enough beach day by lake Michigan. Btw the restaurant has excellent steaks, my younger son was so happy about it and ate his kid's size steak in less than a few minutes. If you don't mind not having a pool then this is a wonderful hotel to stay.

My mother and I stayed here while my dad was at the Cleveland Clinic. The staff was excellent. Doorman Denis was exceptional. He was always pleasant and brought a smile to my face during this trying time.
There was a water problem and we where upgraded to a King suite which was very nice.
The one area we where not pleased with was the menu at the restaurant. May I suggest adding some simpler dinning choices.
Over all we where very pleased. Thanks to all at the Weston Downtown Cleveland.

Beautiful interior architecture, great location but missing in details; Dim rooms, leaking shower door, dead electric outlets. Service at the club where breakfast is served is lacking. Two morning in a row they ran out of coffee, the third morning they ran out of dishes and sleeves for the coffee cups. Saturday half the rooms were without hot-water so we were allocated a different room, Sunday the room was not serviced until I asked for service on returning in the evening. All this was pointed to an assistant manager, he has polite but not a note of apology. To be fair, the reception staff was pleasant and helpful and food above average.

I have stayed at many hotels downtown and this was clean, modern, and a great staff. It is close to Browns stadium but you will likely want a cab to get to the night life. It was only $7 to get to E. 4th..
