Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Nice We were very pleased with this hotel. The airline lost our bags and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was lovely. The rooftop bar had a great city view and fun people watching. May 20, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful hotel, amazing service I recently stayed in this hotel on my honeymoon and was made to feel very special. The hotel itself is beautiful and we were upgraded to a suite facing the city and looking onto the Duomo. It felt like the entire team knew owe were celebrating our marriage and we were sent some champagne on our first night also. In terms of location, you simply can't beat it. Right in the heart of Florence, walking distance to the main train station and yet very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also very impressive a comprehensive buffet of excellent quality. Highly recommend. April 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very Upscale Hotel with Humble & Pleasant Staff The hotel was beautiful and very wll located. I could easily walk to wherever I wanted to go. More importantly, the staff was friendly, kind and would think about my needs in advance and would give me suggestions that would improve my plans and schedules. It was a very upscale hotel, with a staff that made you feel warm and welcome like you were in your own hometown, a wonderful irony. I will definitely go back. May 5, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by A very fine hotel Excellent location, great breakfasts, and responsive concierge staff made this a fine hotel. Thanks for the use of an adapter, and thanks for recommending the 13 Gobbi restaurant! May 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Classic Old World Beauty This is a great place. I love the old world grandeur. Excellent location on the Arno... you may have to walk a bit to the center, where the Duomo is located... not too bad, but is convenient to other top spots like the Uffizi Gallery (dont miss it). Top notch service and nice rooms... they vary a bit, so choose carefully. I like the rooms facing the Arno... some are quite large. Highly recommended. April 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Escape My wife and I have been working our way through Tuscany. We were very excited to have the chance to stay in this property. From the moment we drove up we were treated as first class guest before anyone knew my SPG status. From the Doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff everything has been at its best. I rarely rate a property as 5.0 as I normally feel everything has room for improvement but this is the exception. I can not wait to come back April 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding Hotel in Florence Never have I felt so welcomed as at this property. Constanza and Daria at the front desk are exceptional as well as the entire front desk staff. They are all professional and extremely accommodating. The door staff and concierge are very helpful as well and always willing to assist. The restaurant offers a delicious buffet plus an omelet station. The breakfast is not to be missed. The rooftop restaurant and bar are a must see with wonderful views of Florence. Hotel rooms are beautifully appointed and offer either great city views or views of the Arno. The hotel is very well located with comfortable walking distance to all the major sites Florence has to offer. Truly a hotel stay to remember. We stayed five days and then returned for an extra night. Most impressive was the staff! The general manager, who we had the opportunity to meet, is not only charming but extremely welcoming. We would highly recommend this Westin. April 25, 2013
