立地がとても良く、ヨーロッパらしいたたずまいの高級感あふれるクラシカルなホテルでした。
コンシェルジュの方がたまたま対応が悪い人だったのか、日本人が好きでないのか、一流ホテルらしからぬ対応がありサービス面でマイナスとしました。
バスルームも広く、設備は近代的に整っていて快適でしたし、部屋もウェスティン仕様のベッドで雰囲気のあるお部屋でした。レストランも非常においしかったです。
早朝に出かける際にお願いすると、レストランのオープン前でしたが朝食としてフルーツやデニッシュ、チーズ、ジュースなどを紙バッグに入れて用意してくれました。これをお願いしたスタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。
全体的にはとても素敵で快適で、また泊まりたいホテルです。

From arrival to departure, spouse and I were impressed by attentive staff, beautiful room and amenities plus service that exceeded expectations. Location... perfetto! Paulo (concierge) could not have been more helpful. When we return to Rome, we return to Westin Excelsior. Grazie and Bravo!

My business and personal travels take me around the world in many beautiful locations in North America, Europe and Asia. I had one of the best experiences at the Westin Excelsior. Combined with a very nice upgrade, the service and the treatment by the staff of the hotel was outstanding. This is a beautiful property, and if you get one of the nice suites, then you will not regret staying here.

Everyone at the Hotel wa friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger suite. It was great. Before coming to Rome I had dealt with Paolo and he was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.
