College Recruiting: China Management Training Program
The Starwood China Corporate Management Trainee program offers graduates exposure to the places, people and practices that set the foundation for success throughout their careers. Trainees work in the hotels and concentrate in human resources, revenue management, finance, sales and marketing, IT or Technical Design. They learn directly from those leading the most successful Starwood hotels in China. Training varies from 12 to 18 months depending on discipline. When training is complete, each participant is placed into an assistant manager, manager or equivalent position, usually at a new hotel where they can go on to further career development.
