Online RFP

RFP stands for Request for Proposal Starwood’s easy-to-use online process allows you to request certain meeting requirements, find a hotel to match your needs, and then submit your proposal to the hotel.

(1) Complete your contact information and meeting requirements on our online RFP form, then click "Continue" to search for specific hotels. This information will help us select those hotels that are best suited to your specific meeting requirements.

(2) Indicate your preferences and find a hotel that best suits to your needs. To learn more about a hotel, click on the hotel name or the link for "More." Once you've found a hotel of interest, you can select the hotel to add to your RFP.

(3) A confirmation message will let you know that your proposal has been sent and that you'll be hearing back from someone at the hotel shortly.
