RFP stands for "request for proposal." Our easy-to-use online process lets you specify your event and meeting requirements, then find hotels that match your needs and submit your request directly to them.
There are just three simple steps:
1.Provide your requirements (including contact info, dates, attendee numbers, and other event needs)
2.Select hotels from the list of recommended ones presented
3.Review and submit your RFP to all selected hotels You'll get an immediate on-screen confirmation that your RFP has been submitted, and within one business day, sales associates at the individual hotels (or a global sales associate) will contact you directly with responses to your request.
