When we say Whatever/Whenever we mean it - really! Just look at our couple, the rocker and yoga instructor. The rocker, on tour, knew that his Zen-loving girlfriend enjoyed reading at the W roof deck everyday while he was rehearsing with his band. To her surprise, one evening he showed up with his guitar and sang to her an original song. Needless to say, at the end of the ballad, the rocker got down on one knee and proposed with a really rockin' ring.

One couple opted to accessorize their W Hotels engagement party with an online experience. From e-vites, to an on-site RSVP page, to a streaming W "wed-cam" for guests who couldn't attend, the wedding engagement party, or should we say web-ing engagement party, was a huge success!

This maid-of-honor knew that the bride hated all the usual wedding shower games. Instead she surprised the bride with a sushi and sake happy hour get together at Bluefin. Men were also invited and presents were NOT opened. The shower was such a party, that outsiders even tried to crash!

One couple, an environmentalist and her physician
wife-to-be, shared many friends so they decided to share their bachelorette
celebrations as well! They kicked off their last hurrah with a customized
dinner at Olives at the W NY- Union Square. After the meal, the party indulged
in a spicy getaway to W Mexico City for some south-of-the-border
celebrating.
Two days later, it was back to the Big Apple for some much-needed recovery. The
dual-party continued at Bliss Spa® for
massages, manicures and bubbly and oodles of incredible desserts.
The party was perfect, but best of all, the brides decided to spend a
sensational night together in a posh W Hotels suite when the bachelorette
festivities were finished.
