• A credit card number must be provided in order to hold any spa appointments. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment or the credit card will be charged. You may cancel your appointment by calling 877.862.5477.
• Advance restaurant reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to arrival to secure preferred date and time.
• Only guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid identification will receive cocktails. Guests may elect to have non-alcoholic beverage.
• Only guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid identification will receive Sommelier selected bottle of wine while dining at the property's Stephen Starr restaurant. Non-alcoholic alternative is available upon request.
• Hotel package reservations are not changeable or transferable
