Mix it up with a multifaceted meal at The Kitchen Table. Located on the hotel’s second floor, this casual all-day restaurant fuses a menu of international favorites with a laid-back vibe and welcoming, modern décor.
An open kitchen framed in dark wood sits at the center of the space and creates a direct rapport between guests and chefs, while private or communal tables framed by cushioned chairs prompt lively conversations. Pops of color add a vibrant shot of energy, while a wall of windows and recessed golden lighting illuminates innovative details, a wood paneled ceiling and smooth marble floor. Nestled at the back of the restaurant, a private dining table for ten is available for intimate celebrations. Reservations are recommended.
Mingling is also encouraged at the buffet food stations. The vision of our Director of Cuisine, Mr. Philippe Bruneau, the buffets are offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and include everything from traditional Dim Sum to BBQ to fresh seafood to a variety of Chinese and international desserts. Plus, guests can order hot dishes directly from chefs in the open kitchen areas.
There are also chef’s selections as pass-around options for communal dining and an array of à la carte offerings. An ice cream corner provides another delicious opportunity to work with a chef to create a custom ice cream flavor using fresh fruit and other ingredients.
Along with a children’s menu, the restaurant invites kids under three years old to eat on the house. Kids three to 12 years old enjoy a 50% discount.
