Here on the 10th floor, we define "yin shi wen hua"—food culture—to the 100th degree in East Asia's culinary capital. The United Nations of foodie favorites is in session as we start the day with a full buffet spread of hearty Western and colorful Asian selections. Lunch and dinner is a semi-buffet affair with pass-around service, featuring a general assembly of spicy and aromatic tandoori, wicked wood-fired pizzas, stylish salads and succulent seafood to tantalize the tastebuds. To fire up your appetite, a blazing outdoor urban barbeque keeps things hot with an array of grill platters. Think everything from our signature pizza with Fontina, porcini, summer truffle and arugula to the Wagyu mignon dressed with crushed potatoes, Japanese leek, barbeque glaze and hickory smoke.
Amid splashes of cheerful yellow and solid whites befitting the happiest room in the house, the kitchen table welcomes indoor seating as "Chrysalis," a colorful ceramic butterfly wall installation, flutters across the walls, or you can dine al fresco against a stunning backdrop of the city below.
