Taking inspiration from traditional recipes by masters of Shanghai and Beijing’s classical cuisine and featuring expertise in all four schools of Chinese cooking, YEN remains true to tradition while pushing the envelope in style and presentation. Covering an epicurean spectrum of nouvelle Cantonese cuisine and a selection of regional delicacies, signature dishes—such as the imperial hot and sour lobster soup, maltose-glazed goose liver mousse with chilled sour plum jelly and a duo of rice cakes—are delicately prepared and beautifully. A passionately curated wine list and full selection of cocktails is carefully paired with your dishes.
Resplendent in various shades and styles of purple, begin your gourmet journey at the slick marble-topped bar for pre-dining mingling. Inside, an array of intricate lanterns unfurl across soaring nine-meter high ceilings, as fully glazed glass exterior walls running the perimeter of the room showcase breathtaking views of the city and the iconic architecture of the Xinyi district.
