Chef Steven Ariel has aggregated an innovative menu of regional specialties featuring farm-fresh produce. Sip from our selective list of dynamic cocktails, notable wines and specialty sakes. With a nod to Asia, this bold, redesigned space boasts a 10-seat sushi bar and a 12-seat private dining room.
Or just hang out in your guest room and indulge in room service. Start your day with a French press of Seattle’s Fonté coffee, freshly-squeezed juice or a house-made granola parfait. Choose from such all-day options as Caesar salad with garlic dressing or all-natural roasted chicken. After midnight, give in to the temptation of a thick milkshake or a black-bottom cupcake with a dollop of rich chocolate buttercream. We also proudly offer menus for children and pets. Of course, if you need anything else, just ask.
